Sorry Shabba but I can only post what's available at the time. Totesport changed their odds to 10/11 at 11.42. Sportingbet had 11/10 until 11.49.
To be fair I did notice the change in price myself when it happened but I can't do much about it. |

Pjay do you bet to a percentage of your bank? Therefore will you be dropping your stakes due to these 2 or just stay the same. I am trying to work out best way to play it?

Cheers folks. Yeah I don't mind the knocks Shabba. It's gambling, there will be plenty. But the graph is still pointing upwards. Doing my first scan of tomorrow's cards as we speak.
lpool1 my bets will be the same as they always are, 2 losers won't affect it. I may increase the stakes slightly every couple of months (ie, if I was staking £30 to a point, I may raise it to £35 if the bank had increased) but thats a personal thing. If you had been betting £25 a point, I'd still bet £25 a point. |

I think the main thing with betting on a points scale is to get it right at the start. You have to figure out your bank and allow for the bad days.
Personally I think you need to start out with at least 100pts (or at least know you have access to 100 points or more). If you did exactly that from the start you'd have 188pts this morning and still over 180pts now. Get your bank right. No-one likes two fallers from two selections but you should never have to reduce stakes (imo of course! ;) ) |

Guess I have been playing it a bit to brave I think. I have been doing stakes of £20 a point with a bank for this of only £1000. Think I may drop down to £10 stakes in light of what you say. Thanks for your help I normally bet on golf so this is new to me on the horses.
