LLoyds TSB are only paying out 200 million in bonuses this year. God love their ponces. They must be wishing they'd moved to RBS. In fact it's a wonder Lloyds TSB have any masters of the universe left to bung with foreign banks screaming out for such talented failures.
By:
LLoyds announced yesterday it has £58 billion of toxic loans on its books it fears may never be repaid!
By:
I'll bet a lot of commission was made on those loans, not a sou of which will be recovered from the fraudsters who gave them out probably knowing how dodgy they were.
By:
It will take 50 years of Baader-Meinhof type gangs for this country to recover from Thatcher's greed is good philosophy
It'll be too late in 50 years - Beijing will be pulling the strings and corrupt CCP officials will watching your every move. |

Are you talking about Feck's endless ranting about " financial parasites" etc.(however correct he may be) , the language he uses in these rants, and the fact that they have nothing to do with General BETTING ?

See RIP thread.

The pound dipped below $1.5 today as Thatcher's policy of swapping industry for financial services left the trade gap ever widening. The plummeting pound won't make a lot of difference to our friends in the financial sector as they'll have their wealth in gold bars but why is the gap widening? After all, we've retained the finest of international minds by allowing them to chase losses and retain bonuses. What's the problem? Why aren't those abroad taking advantage of the services offered by these masters of the universe? Perhaps we aren't paying our geniuses enough and they're finding it hard to motivate themselves? Whatever happened to "The financial sector is our shepherd, we shall not want"?
Surely it's only a matter of time before these ponces stick their c0cks up a mm too far such that even your average stupid, servile Brit will cry enough. Hopefully then we'll at least have one growth area even if it is just membership of red terror cells. |

Thank you F.
On Monday someone unsuccesfully attempted to mug my daughter at a cash point when she was withdrawing a lousy tenner. She fought back and nicked into a nearby shop. Why are people risking their liberty for such trivia when white collar fraud is now effectively legal? OK, they might not get into the financial sector because of education (not that one's required) snobbery but why aren't prison authorities running betfair introductory courses? Inmates could be taught the intricacies of trapping and the market maker advantage as well as taken on visits to course trading shops. |

I hear Feck that "The Great Escape" is to be re-made. Updated, it will be about the so-called noble Peers who lied and **ed about the designation of their main homes and their expenses claims but who have been given a "get out of jail " card by some "lifer" within the H of L who by changing just the definition of "main home" has enabled so many "enobled" to escape the certainty of charges being brought. What odds he gets a peerage?

I love it - so many years of this **e government and the old socialists are still blaming Mrs Thatch. |

You must miss the old days General when you could go out and kill a few**s after a bad day at the horses.

1.01 Sandown. The expense fiddlers should've been shot for taking the heat off the financial parasites.

**s' - had to look it up, always nice to discover a new word.

If not a new hobby General?

Watched Michael Moore's Capitalism a love story yesterday. It seems that while Thatcher was overseeing the dismantling of industry while the LSE ran amok was echoed across the Atlantic by her old buddy Reagan ("the new sheriff in town"). Why didn't Spitting Image have a "The prime minister's brain is missing" sketch?
By:
* it was all being echoed

Slightly off topic, not sure if it would interest you or not, Feck?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00r8h99/Desert_Island_Discs_Duncan_Bannatyne/ One of your fellow countrymen, from proud working class stock to mega rich capitalist. Caught the first five mins this am by accident and found it interesting, will deffo be listening to the whole programme over the weekend. |

I see another RBS ponce is retiring on £1600 a day pension.
By:
If you put 5 millionaires on a desrt islandf with nothing more than a pack of cards and come back in a years time there's 2 possible results. 1) You pick up 5 survivors, 1 multi-millionaire and 4 destitutes. 2) You pick up 4 survivors, each worth 1.25 million. Scenario 2 is 1.01 imo. Surely the day cannot be far off when the hiuman race starts readying a few shallow graves?

What about those pensioners who kidnapped some financial ponce that cost them millions. They are an example to us all yet what do the complicit authorities do? The b@stards jail them.
When it became likely that it was all going to go tits up what do you think all those fund managers did? Instead of trying to cut their client's losses it's 1.01 they were too busy dumping their own sorry shares into each others funds on best price guaranteed terms (in for a penny in for pound, eh?). Fkng embezzlers. Even those of us who didn't partake in their pyramid scheme are now paying via pathetic saving rates and everyone will soon be hit with increased taxes and reduced services. Meanwhile it's business as usual for the embezzlers. Maybe that slap Falloon got will encourage a few pensioners to lock Lynch, Culhane, McKewon, Ferris etc. etc. in a cellar for 20 years (maybe throw in Thommo for good measure due to his 'financial advice on horse racing). |
By:
The latest chapter in ponce watch is 4 lloyds TSB fat cnuts are to be paid 4 million in bonuses between them. Nye Bevan must be turning in his grave.
By:
Nye was cremated at Croesyceiliog crematorium
Another swindle I'm sure |

You started punting yet Feck? Enjoy the 5 % to kick off with and the 20% weekly deduction when it kicks in. (on the bright side, it will show you that you haven't lost you're midas touch ;) )
By:
Probably start around parasite ascot if I can be @rsed at all stewarty. I'll be starting the season already a few quid down (lumped on the best value bet I've seen for a while - Celtic 4/5 to win spl at the beginning of the season). :-(

By:
Unlucky Feck, especially betting against one of the worst Rangers sides I can remember. I have no doubt you will be well up come september. (nap)
By:
Perhaps you need better quality sleep ? All this pointless ruminating about Mrs. Thatcher etc. when you go to bed, can't be doing your health much good.
By:
Sleep is for wimps and those of a weak disposition, artie.
By:
Then Feck needs as much as he can get.
By:
Feck, why are you so unenthusiastic this year,? (maybe I'm looking for a pointer here) Is it because of the PC charge or other reasons? No problem if you'd rather keep it to yourself.
By:
It's because he sees a Tory government in his near future. Heh heh.
By:
stewarty, as you know, for most of last flat season I was in the position that I would've been hit by the pc despite having paid over 22.5% lifetime. I decided to take a year out to protest against being expected to pay extra to accomodate a charge aimed mainly at the parasites whose commission gamblers like myself had subsidised for the previous 7 years. While the move to basing the pc on lifetime profit means it's no longer an issue for me I lost a lot of enthusiasm for both betfair and horse racing during that absence (it's now around 18 months and counting since I had a horse bet on betfair). If I get that enthusiasm back it will be out of boredom. Despite the pc, betfair continues to be run for the parasites and **s. In that sense it's got a lot in common with uk horse racing.

The latest ponce watch news. The yanks are clawing back the taxpayer's bail out money with a bit of profit on top. In rip-off Britain meanwhile, it's as if the banks are hoping to pay the debt via tax on bonuses.
By:
The "understanding of the markets" that these "masters of the universe" have, I suspect I could learn while standing on my head. They are all nothing more than etonianesque, mummy's boys and should be killed (imvho).

By:
One bet in 18 months and an odds on loser.Stick to forum posting would be the best thing Feck.
Any news on this years PC changes ? |
