With a start like this I'm not sure it will last too long. You need the discipline angle from the word go. Read your own starting summary and stick with it.

I agree jailer if I dont learn from this I never will but im happy its happened earlier and when its not alot bigger stakes.

I like to trade out cruso if I cld have done that in the newcastle game I wld have I have looked thru the next few days and there's a few bets I like and if I do them I can not see myself not trading out to be honest

The taylor bet is an interesting one cause it will depend on who he plays in the final if he gets that far but I just cant see anyone beating him so I will proberly let it run, it really depends on my confidence with the bet there will be times were i will let bets run but after losing the newcastle bet I just wanted to trade out, it depends how I feel is your answer but I do mostly trade more often or not when I trade all my profits will go on one person or team

At first I thought you were doing certs that you didn't believe would lose at low odds and high stakes for these can work but bets like the Newcastle and Man City ones are far from certs and you need no more than 10% of bank for these imo. City were good value when they went out to 2 but I wouldn't have backed them at 1.6 or whatever they started at.

you will have lost all your money by the end of the week if you dont reduce your stakes, but i dont believe your money is real, so i dont think you care to much what i say, good luck!

You need to look for value. The only bet that has value so far is the city bet, Short odds in football will do your bank. If you left out the Newcastle bet, alot less money would have been on city. I got on at 2.06 only bet for the day . Think of it that way and you will do fine

I agree mate I will be the first to admit yesteday my betting was a bit how can I say it was a bit all over the shop I was looking for easy money but I got out of the day with a bit of hope and I just need to get back to basics and do things what my head is telling me to do and look for the value bets and go from there when I started this I said I wld go days maybe even weeks without a bet I will wait for the value bets to come up then I go and do 3 bets in one day that was not the plan at all

Took me a while to get this bet matched but I just cant see thornton getting a set of taylor and at 1.75 I think this is massive as it gets closer to the game I will look to have a saver on 4-1 just incase thornton did take a set I just cant see him taking 2 but at the moment there's no money on the 4-1 getting matched hopefully closer to kick off money will come in but Im more than happy to let the 4-0 ride

I have a football thread going lad liverpool to win which they did only just. Your stakes are too high foryour bank. Build slowly but surely. When your bank increases then increase your stakes. The taylor one was a good bet but again i would not have taken it on . too many variables plus odds on. stick to football and grade one races. Has worked for me. dont chase. I would be tempted by arsenal tomorrow but again no value. You need value. Good Luck

Luckily I got out of that game with anything had a power cut my end so any chance of trading out was a no go, so I had to just hope del porto would pull it out of the bag it was to close by the looks of it as it went to the death but I didnt have to go thru the anguish as I did not see the score until I seen the result so I cant complain it worked out well in the end so onto the next bet when ever that will be.

Impressive profits. But you're staking is very aggressive given your bank size. You could have lost your £4k yesterday. If you want o make long term profits you need to stake much less aggressivey (unless you are prepared to replace your bank repeatedly if needed). Good luck.

I really have a good feeling about this bet the odds are to good to turn down I feel chelsea will be to strong for the gunners but this is also a bet I will be looking to trade out off but I will look at the game and decide as it goes on

Cheers everyone im going to take a bit of a break and come back stronger next month I made a few mistakes easy to say after the event I know but in future there will be no horse racing or championship bets I will take the loss on the chin I do ok with this betting lark but yesterday was a big chunk wiped off its not nice but if anything can come from it, it's hopefully I can learn from it I did pretty well in the 2 months or so that I have been doing this so theres no reason why I can get it back if I just keep it simple until then I will be back soon hopefully stronger than ever

you 'did well for two months'. of course you **ing did. it's about par for the course when you're having your whole bank on a 1/5 shot once a week. any longer than that would have just been delaying the agony.

if you have to do another one of these, don't worry about the horses or the championship. it really doesn't matter what you bet on. just make sure you implement a staking plan that makes your money last a bit longer. it's the best you can hope for.

failing that just call it a 'month long thread' to avoid embarrassment.

I haven't come on to have a go, but why oh why didn't you listen to everyone telling you your stakes were to high.

Starting again folks but this bet is from a reliable source I wld not normally do these sort of bets unless im a 100% certain it was good info it took a few days to go around most shops in dublin to get on I even ran out of laddy shops to go to so had to go to PP who were only offering 16's now I know anything can happen in horse racing and nothing is 100% nailed on as the race with denman showed last saturday now its going to be over a month away but these are the times to get the best odds and the big gambles I have the money on so if you want to do this bet go ahead everyone to there own I wld not like to send anyone down the wrong path so go eway if your going to do the bet, but im going for the win cause I know come race time this will be much shorter depending how short it goes I might just deposit some more just to cover the stake but until then just hope he stays injury free as this is my nap of the festival good luck what ever you do.

Starting again folks but this bet is from a reliable source I wld not normally do these sort of bets unless im a 100% certain it was good info it took a few days to go around most shops in dublin to get on I even ran out of laddy shops to go to so had to go to PP who were only offering 16's now I know anything can happen in horse racing and nothing is 100% nailed on as the race with denman showed last saturday now its going to be over a month away but these are the times to get the best odds and the big gambles I have the money on so if you want to do this bet go ahead everyone to there own I wld not like to send anyone down the wrong path so go eway if your going to do the bet, but im going for the win cause I know come race time this will be much shorter depending how short it goes I might just deposit some more just to cover the stake but until then just hope he stays injury free as this is my nap of the festival good luck what ever you do.

Noel meades horse. Where you get the info from shab. Backed siciilian secret in this race last year. Told he was a certainty. was 12s went to 9/2 drifted to 9 on the day. No one told them about dunguib. Alot of gambles on for this race. good luck but not my cup of tea

I cant say much on here mate about where it has come from but its running in fairyhouse on sat in the 5.15 race I will be watching closely to see how it goes he shld win a race like this depending on going dont know for sure if he will run or not, funny enough the same bloke gave us dunguib last time anytime he has giving us this type of info it has come up thrumps I can only think of 2 times the horses he has giving us have lost and that was down to a problem with the horse going around so there's no certainty's but I will have a little nibble on sat if he run's but he has not giving us a tip for this race so I wont back him with confidence on sat but we have been told he's ready for the big one so you wld expect a big race from him

I will indeed gstreet I dont know how they will run him if they go all out and win by alot then he wld defo go up in weights which wld be a disadvantage so I will be intrigued to see how it goes I just hope he gets thru it injury free im looking forward to see how he's priced up more than anything if he's at decent odds mite go win and e/way

I apoligise street did not see your message, I did not mean to send you down the wrong path or anything like that I heard something happened at home and I have lost the 5k there was a rumour going around saying paddy's were going to return antepost bets but it was not to be many of us have lost a good bit but I will say keep an eye out for this horse cause I had the chance to see him on the gallops and this horse will win many races in the future so i am sorry i did not mean to give you a bad tip it's not my style, what has happened is out of my control but Im confident i will get my cash back down the road gl mate but this thread is finished until he runs and u will see i will make my money back, here's hoping gl
