Betfair , those of us outside UK do now have to restart our computer to see our unmatched under the "my bets" tab. Can you please**this asap ?

Also foreigner here, German. Since last Tuesday my money is stuck somewhere between Casino account and main wallet in Betfair's network nirwana.
First, I could not make any bets from my main wallet. Then I transferred the money to the casino and back. Then it worked (for 2 hrs). When I wanted to re-transfer money from the casino acct to main wallet in the 3rd trial, I got a message "communication error". And since Tuesday morning 03:32:29 the money is "waiting" in the casino account. I wrote 2 mails. For 1 I got a wishi-washi reply, the 2nd hasn't been answered at all. I then called customer (?) service (?) (what customer service) in Malta Saturday morning. Effect is: I can't still to date make any bets at all since the main wallet is empty and the casino account is frozen. I would go to jail if I would say what I really think about Betfairs's technicians, administrators and the like. Too stupid or too lazy to set the whole thing back? |
