My Fool Proof, Money back if you don't win £100,000 system will be on Ebay within the hour. A bargain at £4.95
By:
Even sadder will be the tipster sites and phone lines :(
By:
Surely the systems will all work as all the horses will be trying.
We shall all make money with effortless ease. |

well i have had bets in 19 races since it started, mostly £2 bets, and I am £35 up. Thats about a 92% return on stakes - So I love it.
With current liquidity you have bet small, but who knows I could be the first virtual millionaire (if I live long enough :-) ) |
By:
hazel,
you made 34 quid on 19 races. How much time was involved on making that money? Also, you say you "love it". So what is more satisfying to you? Winning 34 quid on pixels or the ups and downs of the real world of betting? Not a criticism. Just looking for a perspective other than my own which is essentially I get no satisfaction at all, win or lose, from the virtual world of gaming. |

Would be far better if a season unfolded in a day, so you had all horses from the same pool of say 100 running from 00:01 to 23:59, then a total restart
By:
Their Virtual Union would not allow it. Too much stress on their simple zero and one world.
By:
Would be more interesting without the forecast odds I think, although I appreciate that might put off the casual punter.
By:
yeah, they kinda ruin it.
Also the commentary has a tiny vocab. |

Number four! Is. In. Last.

The f/c odds make a nonsense of all that rubbish about studying form etc.
How wrong can they be after 100 trials? |
By:
SHAPESHIFTER for me the challenge is to find the winner, or more importantly being a long term winner. I mostly bet on Football with some horse racing. Virtual Horses isn't much different than say playing cards, or indeed football betting, you are looking for the next card to be dealt, the next goal to be scored or the next pixel to be trodden.

I am fully expecting somebody to paper trade a system based on the jockeys colours or the horse number and conclude that the secret to riches has been discovered.
There ought to be a virtual racing forum really. |

Why don't betfair give odds on the ones you're watching then? Seems like it would be a better way to standardise stuff.
