Defence has to be addressed after the tournament.
You've got Spence who finished 17th in the league, had a couple of good games but that's about it. Stones barely played for City all season wrong side 30 Quansah playing in a Mickey mouse league gets himself sent off forcing us to defend at the Azteca for half the match a man down James forever half fit with his dodgy hamstrings O'Reilly a make shift left back when he a left sided mid by nature. Guehi miles off of being in the same bracket as Terry, Ferdinand or ever Campbell Konsa has looked awful and at fault for 2-3 of the goals, yet some say he's been good, they haven't been watching and Pickford in goal spent most of his career bottom half of the table every single game has seen a different back 4, Spain the same every match, conceded 1 goal in 7 matches. far cry from the likes of Ashley Cole, Ferdinand, Campbell, Adams, Terry, Neville etc. |
