Remarkable that it took a sense of injustice to finally get a performance out of Belgium..you might think playing in a World Cup alone would motivate..sad to say I think they also benefited from DeBruyne not starting..
USA put in one of the flattest host nation performances you could wish to see...no energy from players or crowd..looked like they were playing a dead rubber group game..very odd..whilst they are no world beaters you'd have expected something very different to that. |

I suspect that some of the USA players were so embarrassed over what Trump /FIFA did that their
hearts wern't in the game. They might well have done a lot better if that ignoranr baffoon hadn't interfered. Poetic justice! |
