Most extra times have no goals and often no chances. Six a side extra time IMO would be best. No penalties.

Straight to penalties it should be. Means the better teams have to push to win in 90 which might leave them more vulnerable for the inferior team to score and gives the inferior teams better chance to progress, making it more fun. Straight to penalties and you start to think an African or Asian side have better chances outright and I think that's good for football. Good for viewer retention and getting the next generation to get on board.
