![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There isn't half some bollox spouted on this forum. FYI clubs have big squads and half of those squads have barely had a run out in the past 9 months. |

I'm quite looking forward to it. It'll make a nice change from betting on the Scandi leagues. Probably cost me a small fortune, though.

https://www.dazn.com/en-GB/schedule

By:
where?
By:
All matches are free on DAZN with adverts.
If that includes midway through a half then they know what they can do with that, otherwise it is no different to any other site (BBC aside) |
By:
dazn is great when the goalie lines up to take a goal kick, then it jumps and the ball is in the back of the net at the other end.

I've just placed my first two bets for the overnight game. Al Ahly at 9/4 and Over 2.5 goals at 1/2. I won't be staying up for the game, to be honest, but there are some juicy games to get stuck into tomorrow.

I think I'll wait till I see which way the wind blows before I risk any cash. Heat is going to be a big factor

I still have no idea why Chelsea are in this. They haven't won anything in years.

Ah, because they won the CL a few years back. Still doesn't make a lot of sense though.

By:
utter ****
By:
absolute dross. neither team had any interest other than not losing after al ahly has their penalty saved
By:
enjoyed that. Something a bit different. End to end stuff
By:
I've just checked the result, and I couldn't have got it any more wrong. Start as you mean to go on, I guess.

Let's face it, no one here knows f**kin' anything about Al Ahly or what kind of level Inter Miami are at so any bet would have been a bit of a guess.

My main take is that surely this hinders all the European teams for next season. Taking Man City as an example, they played their last game on May 25th. Players had two weeks off and were back in training on June 9th. If they get to the final of this, that takes them to July 13th. Premier League starts on 16th August, so they're looking at maybe 10 days off at best before coming back to training.
By contrast, Liverpool and Arsenal both finished in late May, and won't be back in training until 8th July. So you've got possibly four weeks off (where you can't relax fully as you've got to be back in a few days) vs six weeks off. That's going to tell as the season goes on. |
By:
Tuchel already has a ready-made excuse for next summer.
By:
Like all major clubs Manchester City have a squad half of whom have barely kicked a ball for the last 9 months. Those players will be dying to play.
By:
Top players will probably be rested and rotated at the start, but there's still a huge difference between getting up and training every day on a different continent to your family, and relaxing in a villa without a care in the world.

If you want £100,000 or £350,000 a week I guess sometimes you have to work for it.
By:
Goalies were 2 best players last night, overs backers robbed.
By:
BTW Liverpool finished end of April,..

In the 5 O'clock game, I've backed Auckland with a +4.5 start at 1.95 on the Asian handicap. I can't see Bayern running the score up too much.
