PL more unpredictable than ever this season so far imo - keep going mes results can get a bit more consistent around this time of year

Current form seems more important this season.

I think referees allowing a more physical game and
being less biased to big teams and not buying as many dives
has scuppered a few systems.

Agreed, current form appears to be a better guide. Watch out for injuries, suspensions, loan recalls and transfers in the lower divisions where teams lack the squad depth of wealthier clubs.

In hindsight, maybe it was obvious foresight, the Everton and Liverpool predictions were dumb, rate Bournemouth and fancied them to at least score but the Liverpool train slowly marches on. Would never have backed the Everton score line though, and obviously the Forest and Arsenal scores. As I said last week, cannot predict Man United's results at all, they go away to Fulham and win, they lose at Palace at home.

I saw a state which showed how poor Villa's results were post Champions League game mid week, should have took that into consideration but didn't, lesson learned for next time. Wouldn't have thought Newcastle would lose at home to Fulham even after the event, didn't see it coming. Brentford score against everyone at home and not just the the odd goal, the spuds leak goals like a sieve but of course go away, keep a clean sheet and win. Wouldn't have backed them in hindsight either.

Though it was good to see my big balls acca came close.

Kind Regards.

Clarky is a repetitive moron who has nothing to offer the forum other than to criticse people who are pre timing their predictions not after timing them, that's why he was blocked and he's been upset about it ever since going by how desperate he is to get my attention on this thread simply by posting here and nowhere else, he kept posting the same post over and over about was I the person that layed Haaland top scorer, yes I was you dope, and you're the person that kept regurgitating it incessantly without context, it being he had injuries and was new to the league, he bulldozed it instead injury free, so what, move on with your life you sad sap, no doubt an unhappy person who didn't quite get the love and warmth from his mother growing up that he wanted,  best ignored imo. Kind Regards.

Just had a quick flick-through and noticed that your winning correct scores are 2-1 (x2) + 1-1 + 3-1 + 2-2 (quick flick in case I missed any)

I found the same thing on Super 6; most of my winners happened to be the 2-1 score. Whilst obscure wins do happen, picking them is the devil's own job; hence why it looked like you were chasing several months back with the high (total goals) scores predicted on several games. It wasn't a criticism, it was an observation and now your scores look more settled and achievable, so I would anticipate better results going forward. All bar one of last weeks predictions were under 4.5 goals, which in turn gave you a winner. In fact, all of your winners so far have been under 4.5 goals.

A good point or should I also f**k off? Grin

If the correct score market is efficient then random guesses should show a small loss over
the season.

If you back more shorties in efficient markets you get more winners, but profit is reliant on selecting value pics.

Sometimes the value is at end of market, sometimes in middle, and sometimes
there is no value, because it actually was efficient that time.

Far easier on betfair with ao markets added, very tough at bookies odds.

Aspro I really don't know why you want to dredge this old argument back up spontaneously when we've danced this dance before already and it wasn't pretty. I also do not believe you thought I was chasing and was just making an observation, it was because you were upset after the spuds result, 3-4 Chelsea, upset I was baiting the spuds and lashed out on here with that nonsense and you keep dressing it up as you being objective, you are not a nuetral, if you've learned anything from these threads, it's that everything is honest, you wont find a single mathematical mistake in the calculations, no fudging of numbers, no crying about how one ref or another mugged me off, no using inflated odds from 'best prices available or the exchange etc, so you should not even be questioning things like that, unless you want to move on to the big balls acca, in that case, sue me under the trade descriptions act, I mean only does what it says on the tin.

I literally only back the exact score lines I think the game will be regardless of optics, I couldn't care less what it looks like, some weeks it feels like high scoring weeks, some weeks it feels like low scoring weeks, whatever it feels like it'll be I'll predict it, I've been in the red pretty much the whole season and not only have you highlighted that one single game week where there were a some big correct score odds and holding onto it for dear life constantly trying to use it as a stick to beat the thread with, but you highlighted the week where I was actually right in the fact they were all high scoring so I've no idea what point you're even making, if you did have a point, I'd be 'chasing' every single week backing cricket scores, I don't, I back what I see and as you can see below, I was actually close.

In that game week, I predicted Tottenham to lose 5-3 at home at 80/1, and it nearly was, it was 4-3, I predicted Leicester 3-2 Brighton @ 33/1, it was 2-2, I predicted Brentford 3-3 Newcastle @ 40/1, it was 4-2, I predicted Palace 2-4 City, it was 2-2, those were all the big odds predictions that week and they were not far off at all.

As for scoreline looking more 'settled' that has to be one of the most ridiculous and pointless points I've ever read, there is no system or formula that is 'right' for predicting scores in a singularly form, moreover, you ignore how many score lines I've predicted that were not far off but were high scoring and consequentially 'realistic', as shown above with that game week you keep going on about.

My correct scores this season have been 2-0, 1-2, 2-2, 2-1, 0-0, 1-0, 1-1, 2-1, 2-1, 0-2, 3-0, 1-2

But my correct scores 2 years ago were 2-0, 2-0, 2-2, 1-1, 4-2, 1-1, 2-1, 0-3, 1-2, 2-0, 0-2, 2-1, 1-1, 0-2, 1-1, 3-0, 3-0, 2-1, 2-0, 3-1, 1-4, 3-2, 1-2, 3-0, 4-1, 2-1, 3-3, 1-1, 2-2, 2-2, 1-3, 2-0, 2-2, 2-2

So a few over 3.5, a few over 4.5, there is literally zero relevance in what is 'achievable' and what is not, I back what I see, it is not a value backing thread, I'm trying, again, to beat one single bookmakers odds, it's a challenge, that's the whole purpose here, I should not even be justifying it, but yes, you should fluck off now because this circular discussion is tedious and repetitive as you're just trying to dig around in the same old hole now.

Kind Regards.

There was nothing malicious in my post; in fact, I was hoping it would promote a mature discussion on my thoughts. Guess not.

Don't bother replying. War and Peace is a once in a decade read.

I reply when and if I see fit. There is literally nothing mature, new or interesting about your repetitive input other than the insincere nature of your posts already highlighted. War and Peace took about six years to write, it feels like you've been going on about this longer than that, give it a rest.

Week 25

the Everton-Liverpool results will be included in next update, 2 more lost points

I'm convinced however the Big Balls acca will win this week, most solid acca I've posted all season, in fact, it's really hard to see which leg will let me down.

3 months ago, Everton hadn't scored in umpteen games, pool were bossing it.
0-3 was a good CS to be on.

It ain't his fault both teams have changed their trends in 2 months.
He is honourable enough to let the bet stand with so much less chance of it winning.
