another important weekend in league one.
Charlton v Huddersfield probably the biggest game as 4 v 6. I fancy home team to win at 2.24 which looks a decent price. Other top teams at home shd win including Brum, Stockport and Wycombe. Wrexham travel to Exeter who are unbeaten in 6 but ive backed the away win. Blackpool v Bolton is an interesting clash aned i think Blackpool might just edge what shd be a close match or maybe a draw? gl if u have bet on this league this weekend. |

Another full range of fixtures tonight after a very successful punting on this league at the weekend.
The top teams all look to have winnable games as follows; Stockport at home to Stevenage at 1.95. Wycombe at home to Shrewsbury at 1.37 Charlton away at Mansfield at 2.28 Wrexham away at Cambridge at 1.71 Brum away at Bristol R at 1.42 Nice little acca if you fancy it. I think Orient cd well beat burton at burton 2.76 Gl if u have any bets |

Jesus WD that's more bets than I've had this season
|
|
By:
Nearly all went ahead. 4 pulled back now
|
|
By:
Wrexham got lucky as while they were perhaps fortunate to get a draw, Wycombe were incredibly unlucky not to beat Shrewsbury. 33 shots to 2. 57 to 5 touches in the box and 13 corners to nil.

Charlton will be at Wembley (at least).. Coming to the boil with perfect timing...

Absolutely useless with my national selection and football bets then I looked at post on 5th Aug @1853 and I sort of feel a lot better Hey ho that's gambling hope everyone had a better day than me

big game this weekend is two in form teams Stockport v Rotherham
County look short at 1.68 against a team that have won three on the bounce. hopefully they will be good enough to win.wont be backing them at that price. Wrexham are away at wigan and i expect them to continue their great run and win at 2.14. wigan not won in 5 and wrexham won 4 in 5 . Decent bet on wrexham. Wycombe who have won 3 in 6 are home to stevenage who are one win in 6 . shd be a comfortable home win but they are very short at 1.59. Charlton away to cambridge shd ald be a comfortable winner but again very short at 1.81 good luck if tou have a bet this weekend on league one. Will back all 4 in an acca |

acca is around 8/1

Charlton and Stockport saved me. Got very close in many bets but one team let me down. If Antwerp beat Gent today I shall be up for the weekend but the big wins are still elusive. Sunday is usually a better day for me with less choice.

There are plenty of short priced "certs" for lovers of multiples. Liverpool and Chelsea, Benfica and Braga but one at least will let you down.

had a small bet on Stockport for the outright at 12.5 on here.
3 relegated teams favs in ante post betting (Luton 5.1, Cardiff 7.4 and Plymouth 8.8) Not sure id touch any of them other than Plymouth who finished the season well |
|
By:
Luton shortend to 4.7
cardiff out to 8.4 plymouth 8.2 bolton and huddersfield both go ahead of stockport who go out to 13.50 wycombe at 18.00 look big as do orient at 26.00- both made play offs last season. luton are a lay for me at that price |

Luton kick the League 1 season off at home to promoted Wimbledon on fri 1st August,
Stockport look to have a challenging start |
|
By:
Stockport County have broken their transfer record to sign Peterborough United striker Malik Mothersille for an undisclosed fee on a three-year deal.
The 21-year-old Jamaica international scored 16 goals in 57 appearances for Posh last season. The Hatters have not confirmed the exact fee but say it eclipses the £800,000 they paid Nottingham Forest for Ian Moore in 1998. Mothersille joins the League One side on the same day fellow striker Tanto Olaofe left Stockport for newly-promoted Championship side Charlton. |
|
By:
stockport have drifyted slightly in the outright betting to 14.00 on here
|
|
By:
Huddersfield Town have signed former Stoke City right-back Lynden Gooch on a three-year deal.
The USA international was released by the Potters at the and of his contract last month and has become the Terriers' ninth signing of the summer window. Huddersfield are currently 9.00 for the outrights on here. Bit short imvho given that level of turbulence. |
|
By:
Huddersfield signing Alfie May 1.2 million
|
|
By:
The striker played his part in Blues’ record-breaking third tier season with 16 goals across all competitions but the signing of Kyogo Furuhashi has dented his hopes of Championship football.
|
|
By:
Stockport County are set to complete the signing of Burnley defender Owen Dodgson on a permanent deal, sources have told Football Insider.
It is understood that the deal should be announced shortly as the Hatters prepare for the 2025/26 League One campaign after missing out on promotion to the Championship. Hatters big price for a team who finished 3rd last season and have 6 new signings |
