This is the key. A very subtle virus, take away 10% of performance, and then you look like this. Who knows, maybe Argentina get given a little special tea too, to boost 10%, those swings at this level means everything. The energy from France substitutes seems much more than the main players...

France do not deserve to win this tournament. They have not been playing well at all, just aided by teams beating the big boys eg elimination of Germany, Spain and Brazil. France were also aided by the dismal substitution decision of Mr Southgate against England; Ms Sarina Weigman would have done considerably better had she been the manager!

Come on Messi and Argentina!
