The time thats passed means its very bad news. Never seen that happen or players forming a circle to prevent viewing the stricken player. Game must be abandoned with implications for the tournament.

a lot of players have hidden heart defects - a lot aren't picked up schraderbrau - could be that, but obviously speculation. Here's hoping for the very best for him.
