matched bets at 1-0 for ages ...then expecting a second goal it then goes back to 0-0
wtf ![]() |

I watch the live (or text stream) before counting my money, once I see them kick off again (or text confirms it) I can move on to the next bet.

just makes me wonder why they lift the suspend if a goal hasn't been allowed ? besides ...it was trading away for ages and ages so someone must have been watching the game
|
|
By:
it's like they must have kicked off and then the referee a few minutes later decides it's not going to be allowed

Its either automated or the guy in charge is not watching the game properly (I suspect the latter). Its by far the biggest pain in the ass for football gamblers on this site and why they cant sort it is anyones guess.

I bet on a game the other night that wasnt in play (or they said it hadnt been turned in play).I bet on over 0.5 first half goals and it duly obliged, the market then went mad as they just appeared to turn it back in play. I waited and waited to get paid and ended up with muy stake back and was told it was void as the game was never in play (it was as I was betting using Gruss and the tab was green). Complained and got no where (waste of time talking to chat) so I sent an email to the CEO Peter Jackson. To be fair he replied in 24 hours and passed it on the head of Customer service who offered me £50 in compensation. I'd sooner they get it right than have to go through all the shoite but it doesnt seem to be getting any better which is worrying for the future.

bournemouth second goal offside ??? left arm of scorer looks off to me.
|

By:
To disallow the goal has to be an obvious error, once deflected off Maguire the goalkeeper has zero chance of saving it, yes he's initially in the goalkeepers way but the deflection takes away the fact he's obstructing the goal, but obviously not

Yes so they sit by and watch an obvious and clear error lead to a goal?
Pathetic. |

2nd City goal...

Cherry picking, totally wrong, should never have been a corner now that would take all off 10 seconds to clear up

Lyon scraped home 1-0 tonight yet they had 2 goals chalked off by VAR for marginal decisions and a penalty chalked off by VAR for a marginal offside, FIFA you certainly have made a great Turd of the beautiful game in the way you have allowed IFAB to create unworkable stupid new rules and your guidelines on how VAR is used by all the national leagues.

i honestly could not see the handball which led to VAR chalking off the Benfica 'goal', looked like it hit his chest and certainly not conclusive which is why the ref spent 5 minutes looking at it

Needs to be a cut of time, two minutes if you cant make a decision then original decision stands, " common sense " but when or if would you expect the powers that be to try using it !

Anyone else miss VAR?

Its probably because of VAR that I'm not missing football that much.

In the lockdown I have been watching The Netherlands games in the 1974 World Cup.
During the first match I noticed that I never took my eyes off the TV. The play was continuous. Throw-ins, free kicks around the box, fouls - everything happened in seconds. I was a fan of VAR. I've changed my mind. |
