Mega, you're talking in riddles now
![]() anyone got a list of the T and Cs ? |
|
By:
Just read the rules on Paddys. Looks like you're right, Mega. 60 days to compete the game, but only 30 days of free games. (free "gos" at it).

The first time you play Beat the Drop, you will automatically receive 30 days of free play. You will have unlimited play of a ‘10 Q - £1,000 Pot’ game. You can only enter one game at a time. Your free month will expire 30 days after your first entry from the 17th of September 2018. When you complete a free game (win or lose), you will be entered back into another free game as long as it is within the 30 day free period. This offer is only available the first time you play Beat the Drop from the 17th of September 2018. To ensure that the promotion is limited to one per customer, we only permit one customer to participate from each household address, IP address, email address, payment method (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller etc) and/or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace). We reserve the right not to award free entries to any customer.
Only one game can be played at any one time. |

I am enjoying this beat the drop I may consider paying for a go after the free plays are up

I am the worst player, 30 days nearly and can't get past Q4
having said that, maybe the paid game will focus my mind more as I have been a bit blase and picking questions too quickly, will maybe play a £5 game and posts the questions see how it goes. |

As previously mentioned I don't think I'll be getting involved in the real thing. There are many more even-money shots available to do this... EVERY DAY! ...for similar returns.

ture , but i think the concept is fun and its seems alot of people have enjoyed it

Only 3 selections for tonight, and none I have a strong opinion on.
Looks like I might be doing a 50/50 split. |

By:
Yes and it's regimented you can't lose focus you are in a framework which makes a change and can help people tighten up their game

Sorry Gibmark but have to disagree. This is still gambling and although fun (for me too) I wouldn't want to put hard cash on it. The questions are too limited for that.
|
|
By:
That aside, for the record, I have gone £1k all in for West Brom to win tomorrow evening
|
|
By:
no i m not going to bet cash on it either , but it is fun and good concept imo , for fun , not for making money
|
|
By:
you stay its still gambling ..its pure gambling , as most bets are a coin toss
|
|
By:
you say
|
|
By:
Ah yes, tomorrow. not for the fist time, we have a blank day. Quite sneaky that, running down your 30 days
|
|
By:
they've done similar, like when a 'goalscorer' hasn't started a match, they haven't put up a new question in time. Not really a great advert for the paid game.

These are the relevant bits
I find it a bit boring....even for free,.. no way I`d pay .. Tickets are only valid for sixty days from the time you answered your last question. If this time elapses and a game is not completed, you will be entitled to claim an amount which is calculated by halving the pot (i.e. as it stands at the lapse of the sixty-day period) for every remaining question. For example, if you have £/€100 in the pot with two rounds to play, you will be entitled to claim £/€25 (because the remaining £/€100 will be notionally halved and the £/€50 which remains after that will then be notionally halved again) The first time you play Beat the Drop, you will automatically receive 30 days of free play. |

Question for Clach, in your recent successful game where you pocketed 300, what were your splits from Q7 onwards ? Just curious.
I'm on Q7 just now and while I could just do 50/50s all the way and take the £62.50, I know I'm more likely to gamble to get a better end result. All depending on the fixtures of course, but I can see myself, at the very least, risking a £75/£50 situation on Q10. |

3 very trappy fixtures, so I'm going to swerve them and wait for tomorrow.
Tomorrow should be chok full of selections with the chance of different games at different times. |
