Played OK, but the shots against count is just ridiculous in every game, without Fab this season we'd be in the bottom 3.
Did enough to keep the manager in his job, still not sure the players are really playing for him though, Kudos looks right cheesed off, Paqueta's having a stinking season, Soler looked to be the improver but he's now banned, shaky at the back from both CHs, 3 tough games to come over Xmas. Scarles should've had a lot more game time by now. Those 'aged under 22' minutes on the pitch this season , was it 11, is a fcuking joke, we used to be the Academy of Football! |
|
By:
Load of boll0x players not playing for him.Paqueta went straight
over to him.You don't play like that as a team if you want the gaffer out. |
|
By:
Where did i say they wanted him out? There's 'not playing for him' in the sense they don't understand him, he's uninspiring, he's a bore, players still play for their own pride and for the fans.
Paqueta went over to say thanks for still playing me, I've been utter **** for over a year. |

Played OK, but the shots against count is just ridiculous in every game, without Fab this season we'd be in the bottom 3. Fabianski at 39 is better than ever this season and saved the team once again last night. |

I’m resign. I think this is what we are
Intil there structure of bringing in players to play a certain way Where going look like middle to bottom half team We need full backs like Anthony Robinson at Fulham Athletes We ain’t got that We basically got Moyes team being asked to play On half way line rather than edge of our box Where still desperately need a striker We got draw with bournemouth There well drilled side but come on they looked like AC M Milan in second half This manger needs to put aside what difference he as with johnclair As bubble not good enough FACT |

With 54 minutes gone at London Stadium, Trent Alexander-Arnold took a pass from Ryan Gravenberch with time to wait and look up, the lack of pressure from the West Ham players almost a public snub, before spanking a deflected shot past Alphonse Areola to make it 4-0 to Liverpool and kill off once again a game that was already long since dead
Says it all about our performance. |
|
By:
Bowen could be out for 6 weeks, no goals and a leaking defence, needs a thorough shake up.
|
|
By:
Who will take over the captaincy now?
|
|
By:
I would expect Kilman, only guaranteed starter. I'd go for Soucek personally, decent guy, players respect him and he's been with us for 5 years now, he's becoming more and more a player you only miss when he's not playing!
|
|
By:
If fit I would go for Fabianski.
|
|
By:
Fab would be a good pick too.
|

GL Ludo.
Great keeper & servant for West Ham. |

hard to get a good rendition going of 'My name is ....etc' at the Liverpool game, made me realise how many youngsters and tourists are filling the ground, maybe just because it was Xmas week.

F.A Cup still up for grabs.

By:
Sounds like he's a goner.
I think they've decided next 2 homes games are key to not getting dragged into a relegation battle however crazy that sounds. After that away games at Villa, Chelsea and Arsenal. Not that I'd be backing us to beat Fulham or Palace at home , but fancy it more now he's gone. |

Not the right way to go about things. |

Steidten also needs to go.
|
|

West Ham’s technical director, Tim Steidten, is staying away from the training ground after a further breakdown in his relationship with Lopetegui. Multiple sources have said that Lopetegui asked Steidten to stay away from the training ground. This has been denied by West Ham, who have attributed the German’s absence to him focusing on this month’s transfer window, but the situation is understood to be tense.
Steidten, who has an office at the training ground and has faced scrutiny over some of his signings, has been involved in identifying potential replacements for Lopetegui. The duo are not on good terms. Steidten was also told to stay away from training by Lopetegui’s predecessor, David Moyes, last season. Insiders have said that Steidten, who was hired in the summer of 2023, is still playing an active role in recruitment. But while the German’s role has not been downgraded, questions have been asked about his work and he has become unpopular with some staff members. Doubts over Steidten’s knowledge of English football have surfaced and it is understood the board are taking a more active role in transfers this month. |
