Seems they still have the bottler mentality on the big stage when expected to produce. Neymar and Mbappe were never going to solve that problem but once they were without Neymar they shát themselves once again. Great to see.

Mentality has killed them more than the league imo.

Last year just not seeing out a 4-0 lead in some way is criminal. They totally outplayed Real Madrid pretty much for 80 minutes in the first leg which to me shows it's not so much the league, it's when it mattered they collapsed, even when the second went in, it was quickly followed by a collapse and a 3rd, these sort of things cost you at this level.

I thought PSG were vv good in the first leg but I thought Real defended excellently in both legs, not something you'd really associate with them. PSG opened them up in 1st leg but they got in so many last ditch tackles and blocks. They were unlucky to concede tonight. But PSG were awful. Di Maria was shocking and Mbappe v poor. They can spend another €1bn but giving away that pen in the first leg and then Veratti tonight, what is the point if your players are going to do that?

PSG never looked like the handle the pressure of a big crown nor quality rivals.

PSG are not used to combatative football having spent gazillions making the French League as competitive as the Scottish Premier League.
A masterclass from Real last night , Ascencio should start every week and for once the back four was excellent. Bale , Isco , Kroos and Modric is a bench no team can match.
