arsenal 1.52 at home to palace on staurday looks worth taking on.
By:
im on green already
By:
i don't disagree but if they are 1.52 now, barring something completely unforeseen, you can guarantee they will be shorter than 1.52 come ko, as all the money will come for the big faves when people put their weekend accas on, not to mention people who just do lumpy singles. i will definitely wait to take stock of the premier league prices on Saturday morning at the earliest

By:
man u at burnley is another i am interested in .
By:
i normaly lay a bit in the week and then top up on matchday
By:
i generally leave it to as late as i can to lay but every now and then that doesn't pay off, i.e missing the 1,44 price tonight. but the EPL is completely different, no way arsenal will be fielding any 2nd team there. and most other top european leagues are the same

i've only just looked at the saturday epl because of our discussion but immediately i think before any of us think about arsenal, we need to concentrate on chelsea's price at brighton as it kicks off earlier. that's odds on away from home after 3 0-0s v a team that is good at home and will take massive pride in not losing this
By:
yeah took a look at the chelsea game looks like a few in the premier that are tempting ,this one deffo worth a close look !
By:
i will bide my time but at the moment that's a screaming lay to me but of course i'm tempting fate by posting too soon and in any case it will shorten more i think, so i certainly wouldn't wade in now. plenty of time to consider. part of me wonders if it wouldn't be profitable to just lay every odds on team in a league as competitive as the epl is now, with a careful staking plan but that's only a recent thought, so don't read too much into it
By:
yeah i will leave the man u and chelsea games till matchday as you say they should go shorter , if win a few quid midweek i put some on for the weekend games as come saturday i get tempted by the horseracing .
By:
no bismarck tonight but hopefully no long term harm done bank wise
By:
opposite of norwich saving us yesterday
By:
yeah anyone green up ? i didnt
By:
no i didn't and it's irritating, which makes yesterday's late equaliser more poignant when you get the opposite emotion
By:
and the ups and downs in emotions are hard to control and then make you chase
By:
but, i do believe that over the log run, if you can control the urge to green/red if you made a good pick to start with and don;t over stake it will pay off but it is easier said than done
By:
on hindsite i should have laid the draw at 85 mins but hindsight as they say
By:
cant complain after yesteday swingsn,roundabouts
By:
i wasn't even really paying attention to it, so can't complain. it's just heat when i did look at the score it as 0-0 with not too long to go so i was thinking we'd be patting ourselves on the back in about 10 mins but that's how it goes. i'd wtitten off my cfc lay yesterday then get a pleasant surprise in stoppage time. just need to control the staking, we are ma,ing some good picks on this thread imo
By:
i was safely tucked up in bed so didnt green up either. as stated we got lucky with a late goal the day before so no complaints.
the fact that real madrid dont need to win the return leg may well make them a lay again for me. leganes will probably be content to sit back, keep it tight and hope to nick a goal late on. expect the unexpected and good luck gents. |
By:
same here but hey ho the chelse one more than paid for it

if you fancy a bet tionight you can do worse than looking at te Newport v crawley game. Crawley available at 7/2 and only lost 1 in last 8 league away games.
Newport are odds on and are worth taking on in my book, nothingh big but definatley worth an interest at a lay of 1.99. newport only won 5/12 home games and 1 in last 7 im on!!! |
By:
we thinking on the same lines dragon ! i laid newport at around 1.98 earlier .
By:
great minds foylwes great minds ..... at least lets hope so!!!
By:
price on newport contracting!
By:
layed newport at home to crawley at 1.98 ish
By:
cmon crawley lets get the weekend off to a cracking start
derby win also please |
By:
good luck dragon and all !
By:
2-0 ht at crawley oh dear
By:
2.0 newport
cmon the rams |
By:
not the best start to the weekend but only minor bets so no damage done
By:
shi, appens dragon ! most of my activity looks to be in the premier with arsenal already layed at home to palace ,the gunners do seem to have a habit (when i back against them)of bouncing back after a bad result or 2 so will probably turn it on on palace today but roy or sir woy as he shirley should be known now has done a great job since taking over and palace are grinding out some great results and playing with confidence ............also looking to take on chelsea at brighton, already laid fylde midweek and wign at plymouth .
bets so far .laid arsenal at 1.54 for £25 .laid fylde at 2.26 for £27 will add a few more later and will have some horsey bets good luck amigos cest sera sera ! |
By:
i laid chelsea at 1.66, originally i thought they would shorten more but i'm less confident about that now, as their price has been slowly moving out, so i took it
By:
and i will take on man u at 3pm as well
By:
yeah eowaw..1.67 to lay now had a bit of that will wait and see if they shorten further and have some more !
By:
they are certainly shorter now..
By:
0-2 after 10!!!
By:
yeah, ironically i was really optimistic about it beforehand. laid man u at burnley next.
By:
and a small lay of wigan at plymouth too
By:
wigan are a crazy price and they are shortening!!!
