Good shout again Foyles, well done... two worth taking on for Saturday, maybe, are Donny & Swindon... Life has put both Forest Green and Plymouth up as away wins so now might be the time to get the lay in as price could drift...

cheers paul,  paul i put  up a lay of donny v plymouth think it may have been on green armys thread ,  about 1.76 when i layed them about that now but as you say could drift . a few more  tommorow just waiting for team news .good luck

into league one on saturday and plymouth travel to doncaster in a mid table showdown  , both teams in form and nothing between them on points ,plymouth on a rich vein  of form with 4 wins and 2 draws last 6 games look to be the value call here imo  and a lay of doncaster is the way i am going .

league 2 and yeovil are suprising a few and seem to be punching above their weight atm and could nick a point at least at port vale

bet laying doncaster at 1.75 ish for £30 to win £40

bet laying port vale at !.80 ish for £30 ish to win £38

will put a few more up tommorow when team news is clearer

have been doing fairly well with the lays so have increased stakes to £30 lets hope the run of luck continues .good luck .

one for tonight and this is another longshot ,copa del reya, barca v celta vigo ......laying barcelona at 1.2 for £20 to win £100 ,barca red hot favs and judging by the odds should be a stroll in the park ,but some reasons why they could be vulnerable celta vigo gererally give it a good go against barca they dont usually roll over and have drawn with both barca and real in recent weeks so at the odds must be worth a poke ,no suprise if barca do a number on them but at 1.2 are too short imo also thrown a £5 on the celta win at 16/1  on here ...............................................good luck if you dip your toe  .adios amigos cest sera sera !

good luck eaw am probably way off the mark here opposing barca but if celta raise their game( and play with no fear)as they usually do against barca then they could scrap a result ,those odds are the kind you would expect a top  premier league  team playing a non league team to be ! its a real  shot in the dark but stranger things and all that !

thanks, you too 1.18 to lay now, i'd be surprised if there weren't greening up opportunities with that sort of price anyway. put it the other way, would you want to be backing them at 1.17 in the circumstances? i wouldn't!

may have exagarated the premier team v non league team odds ,but never let the facts get in the way of a good story ! cue a barca  5-0 drubbing !

even if that's the end of it, we won't be going to the poor house laying at these odds and that's all that counts, the long game

more often than the odds suggest, that would be a poor back, so it's just the way of it and why staking sensibly is important. onwards and upwards the weekend will have lots of options

good call in the chelsea game foyleswar.

celta have a half decent record against barca so was worth a shout imo. i fully agree when you get it wrong it's best to get it completely wrong Grin

just seen an interview with conte, when questioned about rumours he will leave at the end of the season he said anything's possible. not the kind of talk to inspire the players imo. at 1.33 maybe worth opposing this weekend at home to leicester????

cheers swagman yes  chelsea looked too short ,the barca game Cryone of those things at the odds  that should happen a lot, anyway tommorows another day , the chelsea /leicster game  is interesting and well done for suggesting it, will take a good look at it ,the odds are tempting ,looking at another shortie to take on just waiting for confirmation of  team news tommorow keep the suggestions /opinions coming lads ,any team news regarding injurys/ suspensions or just resting  key players is very welcome .good luck off to cafe  rouge tonight  any one dined there ?any good ?

cheers dragon like the look of both of those you have suggested ,and going to probably put up a lay of cardiff at home to sunderland ,cardiff on a poor run of late 1 draw and 5 defeats or something near that  if i am correct  and the makems rested a good few players last week to my cost against middlesboro , will be laying  cardiff 1.74 or worse i think they are vulnerable .....

i hope your wrong about cardiff

i did an antepost ew bet of the following teams for a very nice pay out

Cardiff 14/1, Notts co 20/1 , Bradford 10/1

i need cardiff in the top 3!!!!

good luck with it dragon hope it comes off ,had one years back early season treble ,man utd ,fulham and millwall treble to win near 3k ,funny tho cos i had those 3 teams wouldnt back them at all in thier coming games for fear of putting the mokkers on them ,eventually ended well and they all did the buisness some sleepless nights tho !
,think they have just hit a blip as most do hopefully they will go on a run after tommorow Laugh

FOYLES, this one might not be short enough for you, but I reckon Wycombe could be worth taking on today, currently they can be layed at 1.93
Colchester’s recent away record is not bad, since losing their first 4 away games of the season they have lost only 1 of their subsequent 9 away games (lost 2-1 to 2nd placed Notts Co.)
Wycombe have taken only 2 points from 5 home games played against current top 10 teams (W0 D2 L3) – they have not gained many points in both home & away games against the current top 10, W1 D3 L6, with their only win coming when they played against today’s opponents back in September.
Although Colchester have yet to win an away game after playing 4 of the top 10 teams (D1 L3) they have won 3 of their home games played against 4 of the current top 10 teams and I think this game will be closer than the odds would suggest.

morning foyleswar.

real madrid 1.27 at home to villarreal??? the wheels have been coming off at rm for a while its just a shame villarreal have sold one of their best strikers to a chinese team.

spurs 1.3 at home to everton with king bus driver big sam in charge???? would need to see the teams as i'd be worried sam might just give up the points as he did against man utd.

whatever you do good luck.

Foyleswar, genuine question and apologies if this is basic as I'm not a layer but how do you make £37 if you lay an odds on shot at £30
