The fat man's problem was imo that he got c0cky and thought he was god's gift to football when he got the England job.
Seriously he couldn't manage mice and I have the feeling he will be more or less sin died from ant participation in football. That aside, the FA, (spineless) need to have a long look in the mirror.. |

There is only one rancid regime that will employ him now.

This is what I just put on my facebook wall, not sure if you'd agree but like to think others on here would
I have a lot of football lovers and followers on my friends list and I am thankful those are ones of such a calibre they are not what I call JCL's. They are proper fans and supporters, not just of their own teams but football in general, some being ambassadors from the grass roots level. For those that dont know JCL's are Johnny Come Lately's. JCL's are the oens that cant get debenture tickets at Wimbledon, had enough of La Fille mal gardée at the Royal Opera House but yet see the ENO as a cultural downward class step. These JCL's are those that IMHO are ruining the working mans game we all love, they are the ones that now "Love" football, but dont understand or ignore that grassroots game we all grew up with but did so with a team in our hearts, whether premiership or United Counties. Todays revelations do not surprise me, Allardyce is as bent as a 9 bob note and always has been, I remember when one of my idols George Graham was caught, in essence brown envelope in hand. It Hurt, it ****g hurt. Probably the same as it did for the scousers with Grobbelar. ****Please take a minutes silence before reading on **** Talking about Grobbelar, how did the POSH fans feel and think after that momentous night with I believe Kimble? That scored against the mighty reds? Did POSH really earn it that night or did they not? Me? I was there and yes they did, but it does take the edge of those David and Goliath Battles. All the above leeds ( |

Sam Allardyce: England a laughing stock - Alan Shearer

Give the england managers job to the greatest living english player.
Step forward Wayne Rooney :) |
By:
The England role has become comical
Rio Ferdinand, former England captain and defender Just give them 2 the gig and see what they do 2 top players with not much experience England will say Sam , Roy etc are no better At least Rio/Alan have played the game recently |
By:
the f a were not exactly paragons of virtue when faria allam
was employed by them. hmmmmm! |
By:
FA can do what they like though
By:
Just forget it everyone - the English game is non-existant.
The English players and managers couldn't give a **** about England - what would they care ? they dont no matter what you think Just accept the fact that England's honor and reputation is down the toilet - and will always be there until there is a complete overhaul of the FA. |
By:
The EPL and CL will always take presidence over the National interest.
By:
BFS wouldn't have got the push for boffing Allam.

Cardiff City football club launched an investigation into a player transfer after auditors discovered evidence of unexplained payments, The Daily Telegraph has learnt.
A loan deal involving Cardiff and West Ham United, who were managed by Sam Allardyce at the time, was examined after questions were raised over fees relating to the deal. An agent is understood to have told the club that a payment had been agreed with Allardyce over the loan of Ravel Morrison, who moved to the Welsh club from West Ham in 2014. |

Football is ruined only like it for betting and watching Celtic games
I watched no game tonight only looked at scored for my bet Sam is tomorrow's chip paper |
By:
Give the job to Shearer I say. He's asked before and got knocked back. His response? " I couldn't no any worse than what you've had".
By:
Telegraph have more dirt, and it's not just on Big Sam.
By:
Shearer as England manager would be hilarious, but sadly too much to hope for
By:
Yes scum at the top - but agents are the cancer in the game
By:
Been a "laughing stock" (Shearer's comment)for quite a few years really.
I mean, are we really serious about our national team being any good regardless of which halfwit is manager? Allardyce has made a right pig's ear of his life now but would he really have made us world-beaters? Extremely, doubtful, but I don't think there's a manager in the world who could do it or would want to do it. No consistent stream of top class English kids coming through (and those that do are run into the ground by duff tactics, etc) What a bleedin' mess! And (ho bleedin' ho) Lineker (amongst others) tweeting about Sam's 100% record. Fantastically witty stuff ( a la Oscar Wilde) and just what we need right now ( I don't think). |
By:
He turned up to the meeting with an agent and a financial adviser. You don't expect the agent to see anything but the £ signs as he is basically the sales guy but the financial adviser should have been instructed by Allardyce to do due diligence on the outfit making the offer before he went anywhere near meeting them.
They've all got pots of money but they ain't very bright. |
By:
First day of the season he turned up for a freebie at the Etihad rather than watch virtually a full complement of England players at Goodison (Everton v Spurs).
