This time i won't be wrong

TheChaser • April 17, 2016 11:45 AM BST
For anyone in England that doesn't know much about either side

This will be an easy win for Celtic , Celtic are better in every position

They go on about the great Waghorn who has about the same amount of goals as Griffiths has in the league  , difference is Celtic are in the top league.

Roberts will tear them to shreds maybe get a few goals

This is one game no Celtic fan i know is worried about

We drew with Dundee yes i know all about that before it's mentioned

Rangers have been conceding against part timers just think about it

Celtic to win and both teams to score. Celtic could get 6 or 7 and sevco always have a chance of getting a penalty from their 12th man. LaughLaugh

I've worked on liquidations of several companies in a previous line of work.
Most organisations went down on a Friday and came back on a Monday.
Technically there is no way to do it unless you are a different company in terms of tax and legislation matters.
Someone must have changed the rules for Rangers but failed to inform the public, the authorities and the lawlords.

A gap in your training I think Johnn.
Rangers weren't liquidated, it was the holding company. HTH.

The holding company who financed football related activities.

If Septic get the usual 20,000 empty green seats on Saturday then maybe the smelly's genuinely believe its a new club. But if its a packed house they have clearly come to see the famous Glasgow Rangers!!!!!!!!!! We will see how many empty seats there are hey?

Anyone betting on total goals or winning margin in this fixture should be aware that when the teams met in February 2015, Police Scotland received intelligence reports of a planned pitch invasion in teh event of a particular result. I don't know if this intelligence found its way to the teams or the referee but you could find yourself up against more than the home team having one eye on Camp Nou.

As the new club prepares of travel across the city on Saturday morning to play their first ever match at Celtic Park, you would struggle to get any of the MSM or Rangers legends such as Walter Smith, Richard Gough or Stuart McCall to repeat what they said in 2012.

Yet when all of these people wrote or said what they did it was uncontroversial.

Everyone knew that liquidation meant the end of the 140 years of Rangers history. The fans even held Give Liquidation the Red Card protects at Ibrox in order to protect this history.

So while everyone in the Scotland is aware of the continuity myth, few are prepared to speak out about it for fear of the consequences. It took letter to Celtic shareholders in June 2016 from Andrea Traverse, Head of Licensing and Financial Fair Play at UEFA to clarify the formal position of UEFA. Here is what he wrote:

“As a consequence of decisions taken in 2012 as well as the administration of the club the events/measures that followed (including the new club/company being ineligible to apply for a licence to participate in UEFA competitions for three seasons), there is no need for UEFA to investigate this matter any further since the club was not granted a licence to participate in the 2012/13 UEFA club competitions, the new club/company entered the fourth tier of Scottish Football and it was not able to play in UEFA competitions for the next three years in any event.

Many thanks for taking note of the above position of UEFA.”

The sad thing is that every single person with an interest in Scottish football knows that the club currently playing out of Ibrox is a new club. To suggest anything else is simply an insult to people’s intelligence.

The nonsense that a holding company (RFC)  can be liquidated yet the 'club' carries on unscathed is total carp. Rangers died in 2012; the successor club is also a limited company. A different one, formed in 2012 and with a different company number.

Charles Green bought the assets (cheaply and criminal proceedings are ongoing as a result) from administrators Duff & Phelps. If I bought Gracelands and lived there, wore Elvis' jumpsuits and called myself The Elvis Presley would any rational person think I was the same Elvis Presley who predeceased Rangers FC by 35 years?

This game is too big to be played in a small Scottish league, it should be played on a grander stage in the premier League, we'll cut you a deal, we'll take Celtic-Rangers, you can have Stoke and West Brom.
