For all those coaches in charge of kids football teams I implore you to stop talking shiite and let kids take people on and encourage skill and individuality. If you don't this is the mess that we will have to witness for the next 100 years

Won't happen, mate.

We need a complete footballing culture change in this country, from top to bottom. That includes managers, administrators, broadcasters, media, coaches and fans.

Fans are part of the problem too, they expect everyone to graft at the back and put a shift in, even the flair players whose sole focus should be attacking. This attitude needs to change. Players like Gascoigne were always viewed with suspicion in this country, seen as a luxury player.

I think it's really sad when you think that someone like Messi would not have emerged in this country. He would have been discarded straight up, would not have even been given a chance. Unfortunately, coaches prefer massive lumps like Conor Wickham and others of that ilk.

Looks like the manager is going to be given players and he uses them as he wishes , or maybe he is allowed to pick a few subs like Drinkwater etc but told not to play them.

England need to start picking players from clubs outside the normal top 5 clubs, these bastards look good with teams packed with good players, bring in players who stand out in smaller clubs, probably have more about them.
