I went to see a Stoke game at cold blow lane not knowing you had to have a ticket to go in the away end, ended up watchin from the hill behind the ground. Stoke go 3-1 up, and some local scruff asks me the score, gulp, and I have to impersonate a cocker nee accent which was not dissimilar to dick van ****..

That's not a local derby.

Everyone knows tigers live in Asia and lions in Africa. Wink

My old man moved to Ipswich (area) and quite often I've been out for a pint (or 3) with him. I have to admit, the rivalry is fiercer than I first imagined when you hang around with this lot.

In saying that; some of the worst rivalry I've read/seen is West Ham/Millwall. That can get intense!

Defo Arsenal v Chelsea nowadays I'd say. Arsene and Jose are like a couple of boxers trash talking each other.

Wenger and FA running the disciplinary procedures for the PL now.

very good Darlo

i'm going for a 3 way

Millwall v Wet Ham
Villa v Brum
Pompey v Soton

all made intense by the fact that one has been much more successful than the other and the games arent played every season -maybe once every 7-10 years on average

Brighton vs palace is quite toxic too, but don't really get it, they,re not even in the same county. Must be 50 odd miles between them. Oh well everyone's got to have someone to hate
