Sure the market is open for scores, but its not for say over 1,5 goal when score is 1-1, why not, 0-0 is a done bet when 1-1, so is over 1,5goals.
Over 1.5 has two options; over 1.5 and under 1.5. When it's 1-1; one is impossible the other a certainty. So the market is "conditionally" settled.
Correct score has 2-1, 3-1, AOH, AOD, AOA, etc which are still possible.
Like I say no market is ever partly settled.

lots of markets are partly settled. Have a look at premier league winner or any other outright market. As soon as outcome is not possible it is settled. So why not correct score?
Yes. You're right there. Longer term markets are partly settled. But they are suspended while they are being settled - which would be a nightmare on something like a correct score market.
