sideshow - no offence mate, but saying you stick on proper bets because of that copy and paste do not really mean anything. You could have quite easily backed Brazil for 20k at 4.4 and layed it all off at 4.3 or even your original price backed, it doesn't mean you are a big hitter. It will still show up as a 20k back even though you may have no liability at all.

i know, but thats why i explained later i have roughly 3800 or 3900 greens on them all.
if you just go on the backs, it looks about 4 or 5 times better than that. which its not. i wouldnt admit to that if i was a liar, would i. no point posting the lot cos the figures dont work out. cos of other bets at bookies. im 5k red on one team on here and 8k green on another, but only cos one team i have loads of bets on at the bookies and the other i have none. |

29 Jun 14 15:40 Joined: 19 Oct 05 | Topic/replies: 9,708 | Blogger: sideshowbob's blog i dont think its as good a bet as colombia, but ive had 500 on holland to win in 90 minutes and 200 on the draw. the 200 gets me my money back. so its like a draw no bet bet. the trouble holland may have is will mexico attack them enough for the dutch to tear them apart on the break like they have other teams. maybe not. youd expect mexico to play defensively and try to sneak a 1-0. i really dont buy all this love mexico are getting. wouldnt back em at 200/1 to win the cup myself. theyre ok at what they do, but the only way theyre beating any of the top sides is on penalties or a flukey 1-0 win. not sure holland are a top side, i backed them for the cup pre-tournie cos i thought 42.0 was a decent shot with the players they have. and theyve looked really good so far. but then theyve done this in some previous tournaments, then totally capitulated out of nowhere. think theyll win comfortably, but as its holland you never quite know for sure. id guess 2-0 or 3-1. yes, sideshow is clearly - to me - an honest correspondent. As I say, BF screenshots are easily fakeable, we had all this out a year or two ago. What kind of sad fcker you'd have to be to lie to strangers about your activities is another matter!

haryy c has got a point though, how can you make 600 out of those bets? 500 on at say 6/5 and 200 on draw at 5/2. You leave them and most you win is 400 but you have traded out at 1-1?
Sideshow, just go into the costa rica match odds and stick your 36k bank in the market at 5/1 to at least prove the doubters you have a fair size bank for punting. I see no point of coming on here and lying about a bank size, bet even more so telling people how much you have in savings - very strange imo. |
