Mexico only got themselves to blame. Game was at their mercy, only one team in it. Then they sat back and invited Holland to come at them. The ridiculous swan dive will stick in the mouth for Mexico but if they'd spread the game out over the full pitch and made the Dutch run instead of camping outside the Mexican box they would have won by a few.
