Old site Betfair

Same problem,contacted them and all they advised was to change my browser,been using chrome for last couple of years and no probs.
If it takes them over a week to change the clock,no chance with more complicated issues.

It`s impossible to trade with this speed, or navegate on the site. I hope they manage this problem or it`s the end of betfair for me.

dont know if its same prob but I couldnt get old site up mon. ph BF they sent me this link...http://www.betfair.com/exchange worked for me

Ribeiro67 is your problem same as mine,when you go to in play the bottom half of page is frozen,that is there's a timer searching for it,some times its of for a couple
of hours and then comes back on.If anyone can offer any advise,much appreciated.

False alarm the betfair is with problem already because you press the botton of live game for today,tomorrow,etc. and is clean there`s a problem with the site it`s not working normally.

Only 1 match listed for tonight,none sat or sunday.
Come on betfair do we get a response.

I had this problem earlier. Went into football - then coupons - then thursday in-play coupon. Seemed to work.

Again down, the speed is a shame it`s not working the matches on live is not working the speed on the site is a madness slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

I think they want to finsh with the old site but the new one is a che.., becuase is not simple that the old one if i have the choice to choose i never use the new, i am nervous with betfair because it`s not possible bet with the site in that circuntancies, not fast enought to put the bets and navigate through the site.

I agree I prefer the old one myself. I just find it simple to click on in play then football,Rugby or whatever.

Just use the menu on the left instead then and find the matches.

or click on the Betfair logo and reload the site.

But this problems are not to solve we will live with that on betfair? or they are fixing this ?

C170 iv'e spoken with them a couple of times,they just say change your browser,getting no where.

Told me to use the new website. I politely declined, keep pressing.

Mine came on same time as yours,runs for a couple of hours,then goes of again.
