Yes, there's always that danger of showboating in this kind of situation but once Suarez crosses that white line he has an inner burning to score as many as possible - and where better than in a home match, in front of a full house, to qualify for the World Cup. I just can't see Suarez fannying around. Love him or loathe him he'll always give you 100% effort.

But will he be on the pitch for more than 45 mins? Rodgers will have almost certainly called the URU coach... they're already qualified, there's no need for him to play full 90 and risk injury... same with Cavani

does any1 have the bench beacuse i assumed players like abel hernandez and diego forlan scotti so even if the big players are replaced there players off the bench should be able 2 batterd these mugs anyway

Rodgers has no sway over Uruguay. Just because he's got new teeth doesn't mean he can start throwing his weight around in South America.

Don't think I've ever watched LFC TV before. This should be entertaining.

I genuinely think their could be some pennyless people in the morning. Hope I'm wrong but 2-0 or 3-0 is my scoreline. Big name players will not be on the field for more than 45mins. Instead of backing your a guy to win get your money in the over 1.5's market.

From IBTimes:

The Uruguay coach might have been expected to give the likes of Suarez and Cavani a rest, considering the big advantage, but Tabarez insisted his best players would play, showing just how seriously he is taking this second leg.

"It is still a very important game, therefore we are not going to make a lot of changes," he added. "Whenever we play a match, the team we introduce to the pitch depends on who we are playing and the circumstances of that match.

"We are not here to give playing time to the players who don't deserve to be on that pitch. They have to earn those caps and the chance to play by playing well for their teams or when we play friendlies."

Oh come on you don't expect the coach to come out and say the cigars are out do you!

think i might lay a goal to be scored in the 1st ten mins at 5/2.. Jordan might hold out for 15mins or so before 4 or 5 goals are scored

unquoted surely has to be the bet here. Was available at 1.7 earlier. Uruguay will **** on these boys. Might be a slow start but as soon as they get the opener it will rain goals.

Jordan to nick it in added time.

Cavani's brought his kids onto the pitch before kick off... it's definitely carnival atmosphere... if it's 8-0 I'll eat my hat

Had 7-0, 8-0 and 9-0 for something to watch the game for, cue 0-0.
Suspect as others have mentioned, mundane 2-0 win.

no matter who it is, or what type of players they are, Uruguay know they are through. That lack of competitive edge will show, more so than the greed or desire of players to add to already decent international goal tallies

for anyone who likes betting big on low-ish odds than those under 5.5 etc + are a steal

Think uruguay will go a few goals up in 1st half then ease off in 2nd half...

Glad I got on yesterday at good prices yesterday at the bookies, for uruguay on h/cap, over on uruguay etc.  Will look to lay some off if uruguay score an early goal or two.

Probably because Suarez and Cavani will only play 45 mins

In qualifying, Jordan lost 4-0 away to Australia and 6-0 away to Japan. Uruguay can easy get 4 here.

How do you know how many minutes Suarez and Cavani will play? Why should they come off? Nobody in Uruguay gives a monkeys about Liverpool or Rodgers.
