The price drifted quickly, people who had backed him reacting to the first link i put up with 'quotes' from the dinamo vice chairman but it is a dodgy site and it was bullsh** the thing is that the mirror reported that palace had gone with a delegation to push the deal through, Petrescu loves London and if you look at his record then you can see he doesn't seem to stay anywhere for too long! Free money.

Free money, what rollocks.

Palace won't pay anything where they don't have too. If they had £1.5m they'd have took Pulis on, a tried & tested Premier League manager, who would give them the best possible chance of staying up imo.

Petrescu would be like a rabbit in the headlights in this situation & reading around some people seem to think one day he will manage Chelsea, I don't know why.

There is very little doubt that he wants to do exactly that biscuit as difficult as it may be for you to believe.

What is in doubt is whether the punter who took the price short yesterday was guessing or knows that a comp deal has been sorted with Moscow and Palace. (I use the singular for punter advisedly.)

Known fact is that he (pet rescue) loves england, (fook knows why) maybe the fact he has been spending his whole managerial career wanting to get back here, and his daughter is at school in London. Also the fact that Palace have a good academy and he fancies himself to bring them back stronger if they do in fact go down this year.

Report Biscuit1979 • November 18, 2013 10:37 AM GMT
Didn't realise his daughter was at school here, guess that must be why then. Surely see's them as a stepping stone to a decent premier league job in a couple of years time. He doesn't appear to stick at a club for very long.
Report bananaoasis • November 18, 2013 10:42 AM GMT
If you look at the clubs he has managed you will see that a couple had problems with money etc and apart from that he has gone up the ladder each time, and a win ratio of 52% is pretty decent. It's obviously close to Chelsea too, that's his daughter's name Laugh

Report Biscuit1979 • November 18, 2013 12:40 PM GMT
Pet Rescue is drifting like a barge!

Clearly something's not going to plan down at Selhurst. Their chairman was quoted in various articles over the last week or so saying that he expected to have someone in place by early last week, the middle of last week, the end of last week, the weekend, and Talksport were reporting yesterday that they were set to name a new manager today.

Must be getting knocked back left, right and centre.

My club blackburn did it with kean after allardyce left and also wolves appointed terry conor after mick Mccarthy.  I wouldn't be suprised if this dogs dinner what palace have made turns out with millen in charge lol!
