I can't stand international football
|

I dislike blatant cheating - referees not enforcing defenders to be 10 yards from the ball at free-kicks.
|
|
By:
I think I'm at the stage I dislike things like players getting booked for taking tops off, far too many free kicks ... it's as if tackles are becoming something you can't do
|
|

I hate International weeks. What's the point? Do it in the summer months only.

Yeah, International weeks, agree with that, especially when they are all friendly matches

All seater stadium kills the atmosphere.

i hate the bias in the game, i'd like refs to treat all players equally and not smile nicely as one of their favourites commits yet another fowl
when a ref treats 2 teams the same you often get a better game cheating,.... id love to see players cited as in rugby, then bans of 4 weeks be common for cheating, rising to being warned off sine die for repeated offenders |

I HATE the prices that some of the clubs charge for you to get in ... far too expensive. Ive seen pies priced at £3 before, soft drinks at the same price !!

San Marino vs Ireland what a riveting encounter
... They should let the same 32 countries contest the world cup. |

I went to a Scotland v Australia friendly a few months ago, never been so bored in all my life at a game ... what a total waste of time

Diving only punished with a booking.
It should be a red and a free crack in the jaw from the opposing captain. |

I hate the amount of time that we lose when the ball is out of play. I have seen teams time wasting after 8 minutes. The wall being organised for free kicks is another time killer. There are too many to mention.
This is in effect robbing the fans of the actual entertainment they have payed for. There should now be a stop clock so that these overpaid primadonnas actually work a bit for our hard earned cash. |
|
By:
I hate how unpredictable it is at times. You can get a team odds on @ 1.84 to win yet draw or lose 0-1. Just pathetic
|
|
By:
0-0s should get no points, only score draws. Teams going through the motions and settling for a draw on 70 minutes, pathetic. Andrew Mat would agree too.
Won't happen. That said, inane songs from moronic supporters and obscene chants from so-called grown men. |

Diving, feigning injury, players trying to claim throw ins/corners etc when they know that they touched it last. Just general cheating really.

By:
fact clubs get into trouble as pissed all money up against a wall on players then ask poor supporters to stick spare money in begging buckets - pompey etc
|
|
By:
i dislike red cards and teams not scoring after opponents getting a red card

dislike clubs being able to buy a player mid season as and when , all dealings should be made close season imo
oh yeah 0 points for a 0-0 after yesterday ![]() |

Players treated like heroes amongst paying supporters that can barely string 2 passes together.

The FA for starters.
joke organisation. no club chairmen should be on the board fo the fa etc....talk about conflicts of interest. imo the game needs a truly independant revamp. so no "larger than life" figures can even dare try to influence them. |
|
By:
Bad sportsmanship. How can 1 ref watch 22 players who are all willing to and trying to cheat...whether by diving, shirt pulling etc.
|

By:
the fa
diving no technology the latest plans for scottish football no standing in the top flight |

AlexFerguson trying toinfluence officials before matches and SKY pundits thinkinghe's clever
|

By:
Feigning injury and time wasting is very annoying but off the field I'd say its ignorant know all ex pros spouting off as pundits.
The vast majority are cliche ridden guppys who make snap judgements on a week by week basis depending on the most recent performance. The contradict themselves from sentence to sentence, offer little insight of tactical knowledge of the game and yet lay into managers and refs as if it was easy. There a some honourable exceptions of course but in general the rent a quote culture of the modern media means our national game is commented on and analysed poorly compared to sports such as cricket and rugby. Time for the broadcasters to raise their game. |
