as per ed you're letting your prejudices get in the way.

they had it investigated independently [at great cost] before the made any official complaint.

i know it irks you little mob that have been telling anybody who's been prepared to listen that, everyone was going to throw the book at chelsea.

but keep spouting your prejudiced bile if it makes you feel better.

but remember this.

the fa said chelsea acted properly, and in good faith.

and i know the more you think about that.

the madder you'll get.

life aint fair is it?

4 point plan as follows:

1.  Punish anyone who charged into the refs room.

2.  Ensure Clattenburg isn't out of pocket after effectively being suspended for three weeks.

3.  Chelsea (and every other club) learn lessons that they shouldn't rush into making serious allegations an hour after the game before establishing all the facts.

4.  Everyone move on.

again why do you keep quoting the fa as your defence, but in the john terry case you slated the statement made by the fa...cherry picking? head in sand?

I have never had any problem with Chelea before this ever

BUT

As I said if one of MY employees says he has been racially abused I would first try to establish the facts BEFORE I go to the authorities and certainly wouldnt blindly back the man literally minutes after the so called event

An accusation where he could not even recall what time in them match it happened

An accusation where there was no footage during the game to show ANY grievence toward the ref, not even a "look"

An accusation where players closer to the ref than the one in question didn't hear anything

An accusation where 11 witness statements fail to even produce a case to answer

If you think that is following the "proper" channels then you my friend are deluded and simply blindly backing your club as if it were your only child

I fully understand and applaud club loyalty in some cases but in this it is dreadful

CHELSEA ARE AT FAULT HERE  even if they are not totally to blame and to suggest in some sick way they are some bastion of what is right and correct is fukkin sick

i don't need a defence mate. cos i've done ferk all wrong.

i'm quoting the fa because they're the regulatory body.

what are you little mob quoting to back up your various prejudices?

I love it how they use these racism claims. Mikel carries on - clutterbuck suspended for umpteen games.  Spoilt bad loser carried on playing, with the rest of the bad losers - justice - don't make me weep.
Talk about playing the race card.
Will they also be charged with threatening the referee (if that is what happened)
I want to see some balance here.

Your use of the word "mob" suggests everyone is ganging up on you or Chelsea

It is your ignorance in refusiong to see what is right and what is just rhetoric and words

again why didnt you take the fa at face value over john terry, i recall you were kicking and screaming and in meltdown with them over that

see once again edward puts up a false premise  to knock it down in order to give his argument false credibility.

where did i say they're a bastion of what is right?

calm down and consider two things.

they got in an outside firm in order to distance themselves from any bias.

the fa found they acted properly.

but just keep spouting your prejudices.

I'm done

There is a saying "you can't educate Pork" and that applies here.

I hope Chelsea get fukkin hammered over this disgusting accusation

A racist capt and now a club falsely accusing an innocent man of the same thing out of malice / stupidity or any combination of the two

Football should rightly hate what they have become and any apologist for them ( you )

really should have investigated this fully before taking it further, basic stuff in any complaint.
Trouble is in this case it involved a football club that recently has stooped lower and lower, and it seems is run by people that just dont care and think they can behave as they want.

chelsea make me fookin sick - they want a proper arse*olin for this.

Have just read the b*llshit statement from the FA and nothing will be happening as a consequence of these false allegations - they should be throwing the fookin lot as these b*stards for trying to wreck a good refs career.

Allegations made in "good faith" my ar*e - get some fookin b*llox FA and deal with this tw*ts.

It is so much about making lots of noise to cover up other shortcomings!!!  They did, and got away with it for a while.  Still managed to hurl loads of rubbish at a ref and threaten him in his dressing room.  I await justice.  I may be waiting a long time.

The FA asked Chelsea on Monday if they want it investigated, it took them till Wednesday to say YES.
In the interim juan mata decided to drop his claim.Mikel presumably wanted to press on.
48 hours is not literally minutes. If they were "blindly" backing their players I am sure Mata would have persevered.

Since Chelsea could not interview the four officials or examine all TV footage, how could they "establish the facts"?

That is the FAs job. They have done this, and made their ruling.
Mikel now faces the consequences for his behaviour in the official's room.

From the Official FA statement on the matter:

"The FA is satisfied that the allegation against Mark Clattenburg by Ramires was made in good faith. It is entirely possible for a witness to be genuinely mistaken and convincing in his belief.

In this case, the player and club were correct in reporting the matter to The FA and it was appropriate and proper for such an allegation to be thoroughly investigated."
