Mex - what exactly are you saying they presented?  The Chief exec appeared to rule out 'mis-hearing' in an interview.  Hence, if the player(s) said they definitely heard something offense why on earth no Chelsea statement saying they are disappointed with the outcome?  Do they have SO little belief in their own players.

That's mikel s second racism accusation
He tried to get crouch done for racism for daring to say foreign players were better at diving than Brits ffs.
INot a clever guy mr mikel he should also have been done for bunging over the utd  caper and  didn't one of his friends once say he had lied about his real age to seem like a promising young player and he was in fact  at least five years older than he claimed. That's maybe why he seems so slow now  cause he's  about 40
Another criminal charge maybe lying bout your date of birth for a work permit
Another six months bird mex?

i'm just pointing out what the fa have said about the clubs conduct in this affair, in reply to all the idiots who are talking about all sorts of action being taken against the club.

If Clattenburg had been found guilty he would have had a life ban from refereeing certainly at top level. Jon Obi Mikel should be banned for life for deliberately trying to end a referee's career. If he was sued for libel he could face a hefty payout as well.

At the end of the day everyone except some at Chelsea know the only action sensible to take here was (at most) the manager or senior exec going in private to Clatts & referees & FA official - this boys upset says you said something....I didnt, we didnt hear that...thanks, good night.

refs union demanding apology and compensation from CFC.

Doubt they have the class to say sorry from what ive seen of them lately, but money dont matter to them,so compensation is a real possibility.

More proof if needed how utterly fukked this stupid game has become

If Chelsea aren't totally hammered for this the game should die

They chose to throw their weight behind this frivolous repulsive accusation despite there being no case to answer

The player concerned should be given a massive ban and fine and sanctions against Chelsea should be damning

There is no way anyone who can talk / walk and read could make a racist case against Clattenburg so it was born out of something else , whatever it waas was calculated and with malice

I actually hate the game nowadays for what it has become even though I still take an interest in the results etc and of course betting opportunities but it is a fukkin disgrace and represents everything that could be rancid and bad in a "sport"

if it wasn't their club involved?

i would expect any organisation were an employee made an allegation of racial abuse to proceed through the "proper channels". if they then went further and spaent time, and a fair bit of money to try and acertain the facts, and then proceed on the advice of the independant legal team, i would probably say they'd acted in good faith.

As for this mexican fella , I have to admit I have not read this thred in it's entirity but he must be Abramovic's lost love child the way that tool has been preaching about the virtues of Chelsea

They are a club I really liked and used to love going to the Bridge in the 90's & 80's but they are now a fukking joke of a club and even my pals who are staunch blue bloods are disgusted by what they have become

Racist players / a manger per week and now accusing refs of racism with ZERO evidence

correct.  all true chelsea fans deserted the club a long time ago.  todays so called fans are mostly a bunch of  nerdy 'followers' who latched on to the mourinho hype.

MEX

You are a bell end mate

Proper channels my hairy arse

If one of my employees made an accusation as SERIOUS as that especially in the light of Chelseas recent history I would first take the time to get to the bottom of " what actually happened" ffs

Never would I blindly back a person who had just come off a feild in a abd mood after losing a game where the ref had a nightmare

You should give up defending this shower you nutter, they are guilty of being as bad as anyone for throwing their weight behind the idiot player without checking first if anything actually happened

THROW THE BOOK AT THIS VILE CLUB

Try and leave club bias out of this.

An employer receives a complaint from an employee that he has been racially abused.

Should they tell him "You are on your own with that" or ask the regulatory body to investigate the matter?
