Absoloute nonsense ,Chelsea acted entirely properly (FA Instruction) and the referee's association decided Clattenburg should not referee while the case was heard .  Clattenburg would have been rested for his performance in the game anyway .

Hunter, the police found no evidence, the FA found no evidence, the TV companies found no evidence......dont you think Chelsea should have realised how unbelievably weak the claims were?

A.H Hunter, yew mug. Mikel has tried to ruin a guy's career because his team lost a football match. Disgraceful. Mikel should face the same punishment as a guy who has been found guily of racial abuse, imo.

the claims [that were examined by independant legal counsel] may,or may not have been weak. but according to the fa they were made in good faith.

the fa decided on the legth of the enquiry, and chelsea had no say as to whether clattenerg reffed or not.

No clarkey, the FA were the holders of the evidence i.e the match official recording of the referees comments during the game ,not Chelsea as the FA said Chelsea acted entirely properly in reporting the claim.

25 pts    Relegation.?  They are gonna cop it
The only good thing Chelsea will get out of this is the utterly useless mikel  will be finished and will be unlikely to play for them again when it all comes out and expect  roman to sue him for breach of contract he's done it before and will again
Back on the poor bus for mikel.
Crouch must be laughing his head off

When: 22 Nov 12 18:30

By:

everyone thinks it's a disgrace?

are you advocating that if people think they've been racially abused they shouldn't report it?
By:
sweetchildofmine
When: 22 Nov 12 18:33
the kicking down of the door and the stress it would have caused was a sickening act...he would never have dreamt it was a player, it was a controversial game, he would have had every reason to believe he was under attack by an irate fan/fans

Also as I posted at the time one player had said that before he went nuts  some of the team were on mikel s back for his performance  and  not one member of the team wanted to stand up for him afterwards
He's a very threatening guy even JT is careful of winding him    allegedly

Did I miss the bit where Chelsea case was Clatts might have said something off, would you mind checking with the other official and TV to see if it was a mistake?  If not, this is backtracking baloney of epic proportions.

Black lawyers very quiet, have been brought onside and had it explained to them(very slowly)that if they persist it will not be in chelsea players interest.FA have made this clear behind closed doors..not in public
By:

When: 22 Nov 12 18:36
I find it remarkable that anyone including Chelsea fans can defend their clubs actions. It was always a 1000/1 shot that Clattenburg was guilty and to go ahead and make the allegations was totally moronic. Chelsea's top officials really need to take a good look at themselves for being so stupid. Clattenburg's career will always be tainted when he has done nothing wrong. He should take them to the cleaners.
By:
mexicano
When: 22 Nov 12 18:38
what should they have done?

they passed on what they had in good faith [fa report]

they had it investigated by outside lawyers.

are you advocating that they should have hushed it up?

Chelsea behaved entirely properly (FA statement) do you not understand English ,now if Mikel is found to have acted wrongly ,he may be disciplined as an individual .
By:
sweetchildofmine
When: 22 Nov 12 18:40
mexicano why do you keep quoting that fa statement as a form of defence of your player yet you ridiculed the fa's john terry statement..double standards??

Chelsea behaved entirely properly

a bunch of words that somehow don't sit together comfortably
By:

Take it up with the FA then !!
By:

When: 22 Nov 12 18:42
i didn't their statement.

i disagreed with them going above the law of the land.

does the fa saying that the allegations were made in good faith not sit comfortably with your point of view?
By:
sweetchildofmine
When: 22 Nov 12 18:42
