Too right imo, should sue them for the maximum payment
By:
Should be deducted out of Mikel's compensation really.

After the JT incident, this is going to hurt Chelsea quite badly, imo.
All so unnecessary as well. |
By:
Absoloute nonsense ,Chelsea acted entirely properly (FA Instruction) and the referee's association decided Clattenburg should not referee while the case was heard . Clattenburg would have been rested for his performance in the game anyway .
By:
^caught in the act,again
By:
Hunter, the police found no evidence, the FA found no evidence, the TV companies found no evidence......dont you think Chelsea should have realised how unbelievably weak the claims were?
By:
A.H Hunter, yew mug. Mikel has tried to ruin a guy's career because his team lost a football match. Disgraceful. Mikel should face the same punishment as a guy who has been found guily of racial abuse, imo.
By:
the claims [that were examined by independant legal counsel] may,or may not have been weak. but according to the fa they were made in good faith.
the fa decided on the legth of the enquiry, and chelsea had no say as to whether clattenerg reffed or not. |
By:
No clarkey, the FA were the holders of the evidence i.e the match official recording of the referees comments during the game ,not Chelsea as the FA said Chelsea acted entirely properly in reporting the claim.
By:
Thought it was Ramires who made the claim and Mikel went beserk?
By:
" we are sorry we followed the agreed procedure, and that the noise levels were such that the player thought he heard you say something racist ......."
dunno what else thayey can apologise for , ..... can rdm claim compo for clattenberg incorrectly sending off torres, and losing his job ???? |
By:
he didnt referee the juve game
By:
all stems from that incorrect sending off
sure clattenberg acted in good faith too .... ![]() |
By:
25 pts Relegation.? They are gonna cop it
The only good thing Chelsea will get out of this is the utterly useless mikel will be finished and will be unlikely to play for them again when it all comes out and expect roman to sue him for breach of contract he's done it before and will again Back on the poor bus for mikel. Crouch must be laughing his head off |
By:
only if he reads your latest "contribution!
![]() |
By:
What bout mikel getting three months bird mex he did threaten to break his legs and it took half the squad to hold him back Clatts was apparently really shook up
By:
ffs stop it.

By:
A certain person is suing people for false allegations, maybe they should all claim........done in good faith?
By:
F a have charged him police next he did kick the door down as well roman could be after criminal damage charge
It was also the last nail in bobbys coffin so he might sue mikel as well lol |
By:
so have i got this correct, just to sum up
mikel to be charged no case to answer regards racism clattenberg totally cleared everyone thinks its a disgrace (except chelsea fans) |
By:
did these people go through "the correct channels"? and did the "correct channels" find that they made the allegations !in good faith"?
By:
well done in being wrong in your summing up
By:
everyone thinks it's a disgrace?
are you advocating that if people think they've been racially abused they shouldn't report it? |
By:
the kicking down of the door and the stress it would have caused was a sickening act...he would never have dreamt it was a player, it was a controversial game, he would have had every reason to believe he was under attack by an irate fan/fans
By:
rearrange
straws at clutching. |
By:
so mexicano a random bloke goes to the cops
''excuse me officer i think i may have been racially abused but im not sure...i heard nothing but my non english speaking mate thinks he might have heard something'' ''look son feck off and stop wasting police time'' |
By:
Also as I posted at the time one player had said that before he went nuts some of the team were on mikel s back for his performance and not one member of the team wanted to stand up for him afterwards
He's a very threatening guy even JT is careful of winding him allegedly |
By:
Did I miss the bit where Chelsea case was Clatts might have said something off, would you mind checking with the other official and TV to see if it was a mistake? If not, this is backtracking baloney of epic proportions.
By:
Black lawyers very quiet, have been brought onside and had it explained to them(very slowly)that if they persist it will not be in chelsea players interest.FA have made this clear behind closed doors..not in public
By:
I find it remarkable that anyone including Chelsea fans can defend their clubs actions. It was always a 1000/1 shot that Clattenburg was guilty and to go ahead and make the allegations was totally moronic. Chelsea's top officials really need to take a good look at themselves for being so stupid. Clattenburg's career will always be tainted when he has done nothing wrong. He should take them to the cleaners.
By:
what should they have done?
they passed on what they had in good faith [fa report] they had it investigated by outside lawyers. are you advocating that they should have hushed it up? |
By:
more humiliation for chelski
avvin a bad time of it arent they. luvit ![]() |
By:
Chelsea behaved entirely properly (FA statement) do you not understand English ,now if Mikel is found to have acted wrongly ,he may be disciplined as an individual .
By:
mexicano why do you keep quoting that fa statement as a form of defence of your player yet you ridiculed the fa's john terry statement..double standards??
By:
Chelsea behaved entirely properly
a bunch of words that somehow don't sit together comfortably |
By:
Take it up with the FA then !!
By:
i didn't their statement.
i disagreed with them going above the law of the land. does the fa saying that the allegations were made in good faith not sit comfortably with your point of view? |
By:
again was that your john terry attitude? fa were right take it up with them? nope thought not
