Ken you may be of the opinion that past performance is no indicator towards what may happen in the future. I am not. Strange, for some reason I had you down as a stats person, perhaps I was wrong? My "suspect judgement", as you put it, gets tested each week in TMOs thread and stands up to public scrutiny. Perhaps you might like to get involved and pit your own judgement against mine?

He's a mug, but the World is full of lucky idiots who get promoted past their abilities. Muggovern is just a lucky scouser who was probably in the right place at the right time, got some breaks, got on TV and got his awful column in the mirror.
He's just a tragically unfunny man who is bilious in the extreme, a typical scouser really. Not funny at all, and not adult enough to do a professional job without his hatred of everything Manchester getting in the way. A pathetic little t**t. Thanks Mr Mcgovern, all greened up @ 1.44. What a brilliant tipster that man is. I know all those seethers will ocme on and congratulate him for sourcing a 6.8 winner  |

The Mcgovern thread stopped when he was churning out winner after winner, of course that's not what the monkeys wanted. It goes back up periodically after a couple of losers. Mcgovern bang on the money today - Spuds scream value against a very mediocre side. There you go sir. For reasons I cannot share with you I am forbidden from posting any bets made. But I did signpost the bet for you & once again lemmings aplenty come to bash. Not going the match today IQ 2.5. Fergie to be sacked again IQ 2.5? How come you are more concerned about an inane thread on a forum than your 'OWN' (& I use the term scoffingly!) teams match. Incredible scenes. |

Here's another good stats, concerning Chelsea and Drogba. In the last 33 games between Arsenal and Chelsea.. WITH Drogba playing, 7 wins, 3 draws from 11 WITHOUT Drogba, 0 wins, 9 draws from 22. No Drogba today, Chelsea win 2-1. how can that happen? Something to ponder on. |

Not bought newspapers for years but from what i recall of McGovern in The Sporting Life & Mirror he was far from the worst tipster so hard to see why we have all these threads that suggest he is .
Maybe just as he usually picks out odds against tips and therefore inevitably picks more losers than winners, while most on this forum just back the odds on fav in any match they can find one  Wether he is winning over time i don't know but surely if he is so useless the people taking the p!ss could start a thread listing their picks against his and see how they compare in the results. |
