I believe that the full license to play in the SFL has been granted and it's now just a matter for the SPL to transfer Rangers SPL membership to Dundee.
I think that happens officially on August 3rd. The new Rangers have agreed to take on all football debts of the old Rangers as well as all fines and the 12 month transfer embargo, so membership was granted. They can hardly hold back the license now that the SPL have signed TV deals involving Rangers playing in the SFL. The only problem remaining for Rangers is the EBT investigation. |
