people bet on markets as they are inplay

they dont know anything about the teams and can lose bets

for example: if i was a random dude from lets say Poland, and there was a match where blackburn were playing huddersfield, and huddersfield were winning 1-0 away from home with 10 mins left and were at 1.2 and some dude lumps all in on huddersfield to win, then obviously they don't understand that this is a fluke result, a 1 in 100 chance, and there's probably a good chance that blackburn are hammering huddersfield, huddersfield got a lucky break and been defending ever since, then boom 90th minute equaliser from blackburn and money gone.

Yep, thats where discipline and patience are key - and a major failing on my part most of the time I have to admit. Although you'd like to think people research bets I still find myself scratching my head with the bets some people make - for example, earlier Mardy Fish was still getting backed when it was apparently obvious he was f*cked.

Pretty tired so not going to stay up for the Brazilian games like I planned - have left money up on the Isner-Bemelmans set betting market so hopefully that'll get matched in the next half hour or so before I turn in.

On this on the other challenge thread I'm involved in as well - although I got 1.15 10 mins ago. Can't be arsed sticking it up unmatched to get an extra tick so happy to take the 1.14. Usually I'd be reluctant to chuck all my eggs in the one basket but I firmly believe this is a banker.

Yep, Rangers had done nothing the whole game then two goals from bad defending.

Not the most sensible bet in the world and probably wouldn't have done it normally but from what I saw for the first hour I thought it was worth it. Never mind, silver lining is I only lost £1.68. Mrs Milla will just have to wait for the new cooker a bit longer!
