He'll do just fine - a mediocre manager for a mediocre collection of players (or "the golden generation" if you read the tabloids)

He at least has a habit of making his teams difficult to beat , which'll  be an improvement,imo.

...and i've yet to prove myself a failure as a formula one driver, but i wouldnt recommend anyone making me the first choice driver
