WHO RUNS THE FA, WE COULD DO A BETTER JOB BETWEEN OURSELVES ON THE FORUM.

GIVING HIM A 4 YEAR DEAL IS COMICAL, WILL IT BE THWE USUAL FAILURE AFTER A YEAR OR 2 THEN IT COSTS THE FA A FORTUNE TO BUY OUT THE REST OF HIS CONTRACT.

4 years jesus

no wonder they couldn't afford to pay Spurs for Harry.

The millions they have to pay to every failure with years left on a contract......

Hodgson's position could be untenable in about 7 weeks

another yes man for the fa. he will be useless. the best manager we have had in recent times was venables euro 96. took the lads for a drink and a bird and got them playing and winning harry is out of the same school.

So he could finish bottom of the group in the summer...

Then fail to qualify for Brazil 2014......

And he would still have Two And Half Years left on his contract which they would have to pay off  Crazy

TO DECIDE HOW LONG A CONTRACT THE ENGLAND MANAGER GETS THE FA PROBABLY PUT 6 BALLS INTO LARGE TUB LIKE AN FA CUP DRAW THEN MANAGER PICKS ONE OUT TO DECIDE THE LENGTH OF HIS CONTRACT.

Makes sense to tie him to a 4 year deal. With Guardiola throwing in the towel it was only a matter of time before Barcelona came knocking.

I find myself completely agreeing with Mchunt which is annoying.

Not that i give to s hites about English Interntional football but fecking hell, this is going to be a disaster.....The worst appointment for any team, International or not since i can remember.

He'll do just fine - a mediocre manager for a mediocre collection of players (or "the golden generation" if you read the tabloids)

He at least has a habit of making his teams difficult to beat , which'll  be an improvement, imo.
