Jose wont push to many far forward. As per usual in big away games, his side backs have been playing ultra defensive. Dont think he will risk it tbh, he will hope they can get a goal from the talent upfront but I expect them to be very careful

Draw is the best result they will get. People backed Barcelona at 1.9 or less away to AC Milan...a team full of OAP's and not full of International players like Chelsea, who next season will challenge for the premier league, lot of upsets this season. |

Very true , depends on the circumstances of the game aswell , often ricks in the cards markets aswell giving value long term , scholes was 6s sunday for example |

This is the same Chelsea side that gave Barcelona a footballing lesson just a few years ago. Barring another bent ref, Chelsea will win tomorrow.

anyway back to this match now...we will see tomorrow. I think equal odds on both teams, maybe Chelsea just favourites. Markets have been wrong before and they will be wrong again.

Fancied a draw here today, till I saw De Maria on the teamsheet. He's a nutcase anyway and only recently came back from injury. Figured he would be manhandled by Bayern and that's been the case.
I suspect Jose will stick to his strategy for the knockout stage and only play to nick a goal, whilst keeping it solid at the back. It's hard to see Madrid scoring. Benzema's shot on goal early was the only decent opportunity they've had. Ronaldo's hitting them about 15-20 feet wide left, right and up ! |
