you can have yours big fat green on the lay but when match is going wrong i everytime lay on it and reduce my losses. But when is there some technical problem witch close market and you cant regular bet full time i think thats reason. once i had voided profit on horses and in the same way... some technical problem closes market...thats my point.

Couple of weeks ago they suspended every game which was taking place in England (premiership,championship, league one...) for more than 30 min. Do you think they voided all of them? No they didn't and I hope they don't do that this time .

i hope they do i was around one minute in market before they hit 4.th goal... and match was closed to the end i dont bet before match started... support wrote me they close market becouse of some suspicion about reguler playing time...

They can suspect whatever they want but I know Danish reserves league very well and I can tell you that everything was correct during that game and according to T&C game shouldn't be voided.Let's wait for Betfair explanation in my opinion they have no rights to void .

freelovebel i wrote 800/1min becouse i entred to market in 65 mins of playing. I bet and one minute after that they close market and becouse of this i can loose 90 percent of my capital im just student i wanted lay after while not risk all for it im betting in play trying to follow market. But that closing market wasnt my fault why i should pay for it? Its normal when you go bet some in play to have chance to coordinate it. I know some of you are in profit befor that suspend but look on it like on fair play when you expect 90 mins of playing and they close market around 65 minutes. Maybe its my fault to play with lot of money but i did it with keeping eye on it it is obviouse. Sorry for my english. David

free i wrote 800/min becouse i entred market around a minute before they suspended it 800 euro is 90 percent of my capital i enter the market around 64 minute in faith ill be able control market for full match time. They suspended it and i wasnt able to do nothing just look on it. Im just student why i should pay for it when normaly you can bet full time. My money just stucked there. I know a lot of people is in profit but guys try to look on it with eyes of the other side. It cant be ok when they close market sooner. And you can just look. Betfair isnt sportsbook where you cant touch your betted money you have influence on it full time right?

dumberx on betfair you have the opportunity to trade in play (bet at any time in the match), if you enter a market you do so at your own risk and betfair accept no responsibility if the trading opportunity is not available. In future do not bet on something you cannot leave for the remaining time especially in games as low profile as these. Any Premier League match is unlikely to get suspended, save your big bets for that. Reserve games can and will get suspended - betfair cannot be blamed and they only offered the opportunity to trade this game if you wished to risk it.

Betfair are an utter disgrace and should be ashames of themselves!!! All other bookies have paid up AT THE TIME of the whistle, so why not BF...Because as usual they are bloody useless... All my money is tied up in the result and i had over 'x' goals, several selections... Missed all games since yesterday 3pm and i cant bet this morning.... ANY DECENT firm would at least put a fu ck ing explaination up instead of being so busy with their slot machines!!!!!!! BetFAIR...how about payupFAIR and on god damn time!!!! People are trying to look after themselves - those that won want the match paid, those that lost want it voided. It's not rocket science, that's a basic human principle.
When I still saw it sitting in play at 4pm yesterday, I jokingly said they're not paying because it's fixed - BUT if you look at the trading patterns, there doesn't seem to be much that is abnormal. This is what surprises me - unless there is evidence of a clear fix (which there may be, I haven't looked in many markets, just looked at match odds at 0-4 etc) betfair always pay out.... why? Because they get their commission. I'm from England - there are a ridiculous amount of Italian games fixed, especially towards the end of the season. I remember one Serie B game had something silly like 231k matched on a draw before kickoff and 4k on home/away. Bookies were offering silly odds like 1/6 for the draw or suspending betting. Even Betfair suspended betting about an hour or 2 before the game. The match was a draw.... some bookies decided to void.... Betfair paid. As betfair paid, they get their commission.... Also that fixed Nicosia/Doxa cup game earlier this season - did they pay up for that? I watched that, the defending was pure comedy I'm amazed it's taken them so long, and I can't see them refusing to pay - if they don't pay out they don't make any money from the match. They are a business..... businesses like to make money.... (Just to clarify I have nothing on the match, I'm very interested in whether it gets paid or not though - if it doesn't there is certainly a case for other past bets to be voided...) |

Living on top of a mountain in Wales i only have a satellite system, the phone bills are rediculous so helpdesk isnt an option.
Surely a simple Fred for 'unpaid' suspended markets from BF at the top of the forum would be so much easier like they put when a game loses feed. Cant the same 'permanent' feature be used titled' UNSETTLED MARKETS"...How long would it take to type a quick explaination of why markets arent sewttled and when an expected time is due? Not rocket science.... Also, i called them everything when They were losing and got back to within a goal as i wanted to green up for a decent profit. I wasnt shouting VOID the game though... if no goal in 91st mine i would have lost, still i wasnt shouting fix or void the game... so i think im being reasonable. been here too many years to ask for voids etc.. its all part of the 'risk we take' ... thats life, hats betting!!! Whoever lost 800euros, simple, if you cant afford to lose it, DONT BET WITH IT!! PAY YOUR BILLS, PLAY WITH WHATS LEFT OVER. |

its a tough call but id be pretty gutted if a match id stuck a large amount of money went down for 25 minutes and the course of the game changed entirely in that space of time. i would moan about that one for the rest of my life i should think..

@pop.. I se where your coming from m8, but at the end of the day BF are constantly losing feeds etc to games, and at the end of the day they have 'responsible gambling' tabs and T&C.
Responsible gambling we all SHOULD now is never bet more than you can afford to lose. T&C state that they re not responsible for lost feeds etc. also, i have money in over 4.5 goals etc... this cannot be disputed, there were 4.5 goals, (i placed when at 3 goals), why no payout on that either yet. If it was fixed, why have other bookies settled up already. QA simpe explaination from BF on the forum would put an end to all this shambles... |

All Danish reserve games are sheduled for 90 mins only friendlies can be shorter. Lost a load on a friendly the other week when the game suddenly finished after 65 mins but it clearly started in the game rules that it was 90 mins as did this game.

BF listed it as 90, we all bet in good faith on 90...it lasted 90+ I.T. Not one person in the forum shouted "hey, this is an eighty minute game"..no idea how much was won lost in total, but no vast sums to suggest a fix..
So, whats the only theory left? That bf hold onto the money for another 24hrs so they get interest sitting in their bank to pay for the £50 mid-week competition... you REALLY that desperate BF? nm... you'll make it on the slots in the next 3 mintes im sure. 22k matched on Match odds market , Italian Serie A or Serie B clearly fixed games at the end of last season over 500k matched and no one void these games.

BCM...it was a tongue in cheek remark as im ure most appreciate.. but it really is a total mockery when all sites have paid up and there is no reasonable explaination as to why BF havent.
I have posted very valid comments and under different names over 10yrs i have put well over 100K into this site on bets...which is a fair amount of commision. As proof around 10yrs ago i had a 'specialy made' box of choccs sent at Xmas to my home address from yourselves which were very tatefuly designed into various sports 'figures' footballs, rugby balls, horses etc... Most people on here will say what the bloody hell is he alking about lol. I have had to have different accounts due to failed marriage and other personal roblems in my life which have changed bank account etc. Including your rule of "we cant remove your cards for at east 6 months from when you enter it" As a very long standing and loyal customer i just find it incredible that ovr the years you are going backwards and not forwards with your customer support. When i receive phone calls from BF the staff are excellent and so polite... they are REAL PEOPLE that actually listen... but at the end of the day... all we get are "we are looking into it" What a shame. :( |
