Did I say he was the only one?
One of the worst imo, though. And yes, I can give reasons for. Unlike you, I can be reasoned and objective. Still, funny that you chose to list one of my 'hates' as Liverpool, even though there's a thread defending them on the very same page. It's a great signpost for your intelligence levels, that's for sure. |

you're right of course, j-d
he should apologise for being assaulted at Hearts last season the bullets in the post, death threats. his fault too playing for Celtic, he should apologise for that as well. Captaining Northern Ireland and being booed by their fans, completely his fault.. |

such a BITTER man i have yet to meet.....at the end of the day its entertainment.....imo the celtic PR people are taking
money under false pretences. ![]() |

Bhoys are you having a laugh?
Both blatant red cards. 1st pulled him back and denied a scoring oppertunity. 2nd two footed tackle(studs up) 100% red card.even Murdo Mcloud said that. |

Could you please tell me what those things have got to do with his behaviour? You seem to think that Lennon is above criticism. Well, he's not. He has behaved poorly on a regular basis, and I think he's one of the worst Managers in that regard. You, just like with Liverpool, are incapable of respecting reasoned criticism of anything that you like. It says a lot about you... and it's all negative. |

100% RIGHT JASON.

By:
Is it a co incidence that a certain Liverpool manager behaves in the same way.
The common link is of course Celtic. |
By:
I don't agree that Dalglish behaves in that way - he has recently been rather rude during interviews, but on the whole he conducts himself well imo.
By:
this will be the last thing i say, as your threads are getting increasingly tiresome/ridiculous
you say there are other odious managers, i've only seen u "dedicate" a thread to Lennon, possibly Kenny Dalglish too surely a coincidence, lol |
By:
freddiek - I've made threads about Ferguson, AVB... check, if you must. Unlike you, I am objective and will criticise people when I want to, without bias. You don't notice because you're too busy crying about Liverpool being criticised - apparently it's not allowed.
Still, if you believe that my threads are so tiresome, maybe you might stop following me around like a lapdog ![]() |

jason-dodd. Thr reason Neil Lennon had a go at the referee after today's game was due to the fact that the referee did not have a good game albeit he was not helped by his linesmen. The sending offs were questionable to say the least and McCoist pointed this out in his post match interview. The Rangers' second goal is clearly offside but allowed to stand. The referee informs Neil Lennon that he will speak to him twenty minutes after the game but then changes his mind saying he does not want to speak to him at all. I can only assume it is due to the fact that by this time he had realised he has had a bad day at the office. If you believe Neil Lennon is wrong in the above scenario, it simply means you lack the intellect to be objective when it comes to such issues.

By:
PS - Truly HILARIOUS that your post came up in the same minute that I was defending Dalglish.
Lovely stuff. |

Ever heard of the boy that cried wolf? You seem to lack the intellect to understand the point of the thread. |
By:
By:
POLLENSA, what about his attitude in the game before that... the cup final when a team players father died... and the first words
from him were about a dodgy penalty decision.. when he was younger ..i am betting if he was getting beat he would be one of those that picked his ball up and took it home. !! |
By:
jason-dodd. I can assure you I do understand the point of the thread. I am simply pointing out that Neil Lennon had every right to question the referee today due to the ponts made in my previous thread. If he did not question these decisions he would not be doing his job. Some would of course would like him to simply accept such decisions but we all know that is not going to happen. He is manager of the Champions elect and like any other manager including McCoist has every right to question decisions made. I take it you are not advocationg that a clearly offside goal should not be commented upon by a manager. Perhaps what you are really saying is that managers EXCEPT Neil Lennon have this aforementioned right.
By:
Lennon has no class whenever he is beat.
Thats the reason he is hated by the other 10 clubs. I don't speak for the other ugly sister. He is actually dragging Celtic to the depths. |
By:
GLASGOWCALLING... Neil Lennon said that the death in question put the pain he (Neil Lennon)was feeling into perspective. At his first interview he was unaware of what had happened concerning the Kilmarnock player's father. Your comments are way off the mark and misinformed.

Is your other username freddiek? Why is that when someone is criticised, people assume it's a personal vendetta and not an objective criticism? For your information - I criticise any Manager when I see fit... don't judge everyone else on your own morals. To your point - I have two issues with it. Firstly, no, I don't agree that a Manager needs to come out to the media and whine about decisions; the most mature Managers - not without fault but for the most part very credible - like Bobby Robson, Hodgson etc. manage to kept/keep a lid on their emotions. Secondly, if this was a one off, I'd not feel the need to start a thread about it. But it's constant - everytime Celtic lose, Lennon complains about the referee. The fact that his side went 3-0 down is obviously the ref's fault, as it was when they lost in the cup final, and the time before that... etc etc. By the way, your response suggests that you haven't understood the thread at all. |
By:
POLLENSA, if that was the case ..i would apologise..i am saying what was on the national tv that night..
By:
Your thread is not difficult to understand ie Lennon constantly blaming referees. I really wish you would stop saying I have misunderstood your thread. I will keep this simple for you. I assume you know the second goal was offside. Are you implying Neil Lennon should not make reference to this ? It is a straightforward question which I would like you to answer as I will then know what I am dealing with.
By:
GLASGOWCALLING.I can assure that what I posted is the truth. If you remember Kenny Shiels gave an interview after the game and was very emotional. Everyone, including the interviewer assumed ot was due to Kilmarnock winning the cup simply unaware of the real reason.
By:
Your question is irrelevant to my point.
For one, I don't believe Celtic lost today simply because of incorrect decisions, and Lennon should acknowledge this. For two, it seems to me that, for Lennon, there's always something else to blame. Seriously, let me know when you've caught up, because you're beginning to bore me. |
By:
jason-dodd. I never said Celtic lost due to incorrect decisions. I was simply defending the manager's right to question some of the decisions made and raised one with you ie the offside goal but you refused to answer the question. Would you stop being cheeky as I get really frightened ?
By:
There's different ways of raising it.
I would have thought an ounce of common sense would tell you that... |
By:
If you had an ounce of common sense you would not write, 'There's different ways of raising it.' Surely it should be 'there are' based on the fact that you are referring to ways which needs the plural form. It was you who raised the 'common sense' aspect so I hope you are not offended by my response. Neil Lennon did want to speak to the referee who agreed and then chanded his mind. In my opinion he had set about trying to deal with this issue in a fit and proper way (singular). Please try and respond without insulting me.

If you had any intelligence, you'd know that grammar is not remotely related to common sense. You'd also know that a forum is not the place to be correcting such things. Neil Lennon, yet again, made out that the referee was the reason for defeat. Hence, my criticism. Hopefully you'll catch up at some point. |
By:
Jason Dodd. That is where we differ. I have heard the interview a few times now and in my opinion he is not inferring Celtic deserved to win but rather they were not helped by some of the decisions. For the record I do not think Celtic desreved to win but I think to question some of the decisions is the norm especially when one in particular lead to a goal ie the second goal being offside. I have caught up honest and I sincerely apologise for correcting your grammar and relating it to common sense. It was petty and somewhat childish point scoring.
By:
Thanks, my apologies for being rude..
You might be right about today, but as I said, it's all a bit 'boy who cried wolf' because he seems to do it everytime they lose, which I don't like about him, amongst other things. |
By:
Point taken. We are almost in agreement.
