There are some very large accounts that lay impossible odds for large amounts to nick (relatively) small amounts. These are the kind of accounts that premium charge was introduced for.

Why should anything be refunded? If someone wants to back an impossible result they are free to do so. Betfair aren't the ones laying the bet.
