The panel will reconvene and give its verdict shortly.

It would be an injustice to confer MUG status on an innocent man!

The panel has found in favour of TRFC Kev following its review of Epic Mug Bet 008, on a technicality that the bet effectively layed both teams, and where the intention was tobring a little light relief to the forum.

TRFC Kev is exonerated, and just like Harry Redknapp, walks free from court innocent of any wrongdoing. All MUGshots taken have been destroyed!

Indeed, an apology is issued for the extreme embarrassment caused during this regrettable incident.

Going forward, the Epic Mug Bets of 2012 listing will no longer show Bet 008. An updated list will be published forthwith!

A good bet is the 2-1 game Aldosovi, 3 goals in 12 minutes = great odds on under 6.5 after the 3rd went in. It would be HIGHLY LIKELY to trade lower and you have 4 chances before you lose. I wish you better luck in the future boyce, and I reckon 2-0 Jag FT, possibly 3-0

Ice King unfortunately that won't qualify for this thread for several reasons.
1) I spent about 4 posts explaining why the Jags game was likely to have barely any goals and I was on under 6.5 and under 5.5 in that game, not exactly an Epic Mug Bet.
2) I didn't place a bet on under 6.5 goals in Aldosovi but said I would have had I been watching match updates. The 4th goal came in the 44th minute? That means it did trade lower, and in such a risky bet I can't imagine I would have been in it for more than 10 minutes, let alone not have traded out after the 4th goal for the exact same odds or possibly lower had I not managed to trade.

I didn't bet on either of these outcomes, and I tried to talk somebody out of over 2.5 in the Jags game. I reckon 2-0 Jag is a decent guess when it's 1-0 half time if it was even then.

Joci do these bets qualify when 1 was right and 1 was pretty close?

FYI I also thought evens for under 6.5 in the Vikingur game the other day was a good bet when it was 3-0 within 21 minutes, funnily enough I traded that at 1.7 and it ended 4-0 with a goal in the 93rd minute. Ice King - for someone who claims to make so much I am suprised you can't see these bets were far from muggy.
