without going all "Jedi Mind Trick"

I do indeed search my feelings when I am thinking about bets. My main betting is on horse racing and in particular handicap races and I will cogitate for time and whilst cogitating I pay attention to my feelings. If I get a certain feeling its a bet. If I get another its a BIG bet...

if this is an area you have not worked on I really recommend you think about it

Can relate to this 100%, I use the same technique

This song sums it up to a tee

To be fair to TSO he deserves a chance to show he can do it. I for one have never understood the abuse he gets and i have never agreed with it or abused him

what I am really talking about is the realisation I had that sometimes those feelings are only fleeting, they only last a split second... but I know now that when I get one that I am going to pay attention

I remember in the past watching something happen and then remembering "oh dammit that thought went through my head" and I hadn't bet it.

Nice tune by the way, thanks

I was a true believer right up until the "I use 9 laptops" claim.

a) Even if you're betting on multiple accounts there are easier ways to separate things than using 9 laptops.
b) How big is your desk?
c) How big is your brain?

@mr angry - by using x amount of laptops, why break a winning strategy/formula for me. If im making thousands and thousands out pounds per month its no bother even if there are easier methods. I use what works for me. My desk is massive, my brain is even biger

It's just all bo11ocks. The guy clearly isn't write in the head to be lying about bets from an imaginary bank on an anonymous forum with people he doesn't know.

I'm fairly new to gambling. I lay football teams, only. How do you know if you have an edge? I have a thread on general betting but I do not know if I'm using the right staking and money management. I also do not know my strike rate etc..

If anyone would be kind enough I would send them a message with my results if they could work it out for me. If not, thats fine.

Thank you.

Using 9 Laptops: How do you ensure that each one of those is using separate IPs?  Do you connect each one of them to different neighbour's wireless routers?  Or use 3G?

reveal it - im gonna proove it. putting 1k into a new account will show 3k profits per month on that for 3 months. then ile put 20k in another account and show 60k profits for 3 months. Ile put everything on this thread

Video evidence will be required if you wan't your system to sell.

Also with 9 accounts (apparently) you'd expect to be able to show decent profit on at least one of them Laugh

You'll know if you have an edge after several years of gambling.  If you're significantly in profit then you have an edge.  Otherwise you don't.

So 9 laptops and three IPs.  Aren't you worried that Betfair will be able to link your accounts by IP?

If you do this, maybe not best to tell  on betfairs forum.

I'd engage you in reasonable conversation TSO but there's one thing I can't stand and that's liars. Now you are a certain type of liar, a fantasist; which means I have some sympathy for your plight but a liar is a liar ultimately.

In the post I refer to, you talk of not trying to impress people anymore about using made up stories yet here you are a few weeks later doing exactly that. I urge you to get a hold of yourself because it's a personality trait that probably pervades your entire life, well the little bit outside of this forum.

It's just not normal and I urge you to take action.
