Eduardo was touched he also had a previously badly smashed ankle to get off the ground as it looked for all the world Boruc was gonna go right through him. Uefa had no choice but to back down.Ngog's effort was comical though to say the least.

There have been far worse than that, and it happens all over the pitch, week in, week out. If you don't agree with that, you obviously have a selective memory, and are blinkered by wotever colours you wear.
The authorities could have nipped all this in the bud years ago but were not strong enough to do it. Its now well out of hand, and part of the game.

All we heard was Steve Bruce moaning that there should have been a man sent off..for not touching a forward.
