Papa Smurf 08 Nov 16:52 some awful officiating that half: 1) rooney clean through, wrongly given offside. 2) terry bundles over evra, nowhere near in possession of the ball - it's a foul, and it's in the box, therefore it's a penalty. 3) terry goes in a for an elbow on valencia's head - chelsea free kick. 4) chelsea play on with terry down, we win the ball and are on the break, chelsea under pressure, ref blows up for treatment for terry. 5) valencia rugby tackled by lampard, play on. amazing stuff. simply amazing. |

It's like you recognise Man utd are underdogs and need every decision to go their way to give them a chance. It's probably fair to say Man utd haven't had the rub, but its not exactly travesty of justice stuff for goodness sake. Show some class. |

smurf - saw the rooney one - that was prob onside but a tough call - hard to blame the ref. terry is always allowed to do what he likes - you should know that by now ;-) remember he got 1st and 2nd in save of the month ?

happy enough with the balance of play in the 1st half, we've just edged it. but you can be sure as anything, if those decisions went against a visiting team at old trafford, all the morons on here would be going mental about it. trying to even things up a bit - and in so doing, highlight the mass hypocrisy which permeates this forum. |

Game is likely to be won or lost on a great piece of skill, or a howler form the ref, or a defensive howler. We'll see. I just think chelsea have more match winners on the park. 0-0 wouldn't shock me tho. Rgds the forum,Why bother with all the anti-man u c@p? If its cr@p its not worth responding too. I honestly don't think man u have too much to moan about as far as the ref is concerned..its just another home advantage ref. |
