They say that time waits for no man.
If time waited from what point in time would it wait?
It wouldn't need a point in time to wait. Because if it
did wait in time there wouldn't be a point in time where
it could wait. So making the point in time when it waited
from pointless.
Time can never wait in time because it is time if it did wait
it wouldn't be time. So if time waited all that would happen
is the length of time would just get larger between the two
points of time and that's where things start to get complicated.

So let me quickly wrap this up for you.
Basically in a nut shell you can't put something
that isn't there into something that doesn't exist.
So time can't go back in time anytime because
the time wouldn't be time if at anytime it stopped
being time. There would never be a point in time
to go back to because of the moment it stops being
time.

That should clear up any confusion in understanding the time travel and time continuum
hypothesis which the speed of light combined into both time and speed of structural and  non structural space time.
