Knew the forum was dead but even in the Worlds ! Gary cooked at 1.09, now Littler vs RVB in a fascinating match up

He's so solid (build-wise).  Looks like there's v little to go wrong, TBH

RVB is playing very well too! No answers to this right now though. Still can't believe he is 16!

He is loving it in a way. Best way to be too. Got to appreciate seeing a possible generational talent playing like this !

Absolutely.  As you said, it's not like he's underperforming himself - quite the opposite.  Sometimes you just have to tip your hat.

Dolan then Dobey/Cross would be the path to the final

Luke Littler and Gian Van Veen

DroopysGregKinkysNap

Will go off shorter than 80/1 for the worlds.

Wouldnt be massively shocked if either won it but Littler would be the more likely.

Big shout out to this tip !

What was his SP at the start of the tournament?  My only contact with darts these days is literally from Boxing Day through to the final.

Hopefully all that around 70-80 is Droopys'

I've layed Smith/Cross/Dobey/Anderson/Anderson at around 10s each so really hoping he knocks out Cross/Dobey Happy

75            £1,708.57
80            £1,807.36
85            £306.50
90            £238.81
95            £253.50

This was all still being matched before a dart was thrown Lat, so there was no pre tournament plunge. That was on Luke really. 6.x into 4.x before a dart was thrown

Would be lumping on Luke, maybe unwisely, at 6.x had RVB won this match up. Price discrepancy with MVG is silly if Luke's darting woes from last round are dusted off.

Looking forward to The Masters mate? Or do you not play it? One table format against the raw feed pictures is less fun than the roll on roll of 4 table bo7s

"Looking forward to it" would be a stretch.  Did ask before Xmas if we were going to have LV for CL(I) this year and was told to ask again after Boxing Day.  Haven't bothered, but I suspect the answer is unlikely to be in the positive....

I have started playing with tennis numbers again (which I probably gave up on a bit early this year - they were still in profit, but not by much, and the timings became a bit of a PITA, but there's a lot more money about on that than there is on the baize....).  I've got a bit more of an end game goal now than I've had before, so I'm feeling inspired.

Good stuff Lats. The tennis is really good fun, but for horror hours. Definite opportunities! If you have bookies to use, lots of nice arbs around injuries/retirements/struggles which can happen quite a bit in the heat down under!

What a staggering performance by Littler. Barney averaging over 100 for nearly the whole game yet couldn’t get a look in.

He's been bloody close to a few leg/match darts that have just nestled on the wrong side of the wire.  Bit unlucky, really, but W time it is.
