Ally Pally biggest problem is getting there. I live in London and it still takes forever. Not on the tube. Massive walk from the station & the last train usually goes before the last match of the evening session gets under way. I've been world matchplay, Lakeside (currently the greatest darting venue) and cough, UK Open @ reebok stadium. Missed going with big Nige to the worlds the year he qualified. The great oaf then fluffed returning the following year after a cracking start to the pro tour so I missed out again. |

Ally Pally is easy to get to if you don't drink, thus can drive. One of the easiest locations I can ever think of driving to in London.

Been to Blackpool, Blackburn (one of the original PL venues, very small), Citiwest Dublin, Mandaley Bay (Vegas Open), UK Open (Bolton)... Blackpool best by far.
