basically, Bob is playing solid, especially doubling. MVG is scoring heavy but doubling terrible/erratic. sometimes gets it 1st dart, other times takes 9 darts

Bit disrespectful to Thorn saying would be one of the biggest upsets of all time etc he's hardly a mug and has plenty of previous pedigree.
That was a massive dart rob missed there to go in front with a break this set. Not sure MVG would have recovered.

Anti MVG crowd won it for Bob. Fair play though, still took his openings.
